【摘要】：目的:分析偏側(cè)咀嚼患者在最大張閉口運(yùn)動(dòng)中的下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡特征。方法:通過下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡描記檢測(cè)技術(shù),比較偏側(cè)咀嚼和正常咀嚼人群在大張口運(yùn)動(dòng)中的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1)偏側(cè)咀嚼組在大張口運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)開閉口軌跡多數(shù)分離,開口型與與雙側(cè)咀嚼組相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2)偏側(cè)咀嚼組張閉口運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)垂直向和矢狀向位移顯著低于雙側(cè)咀嚼組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:最大張閉口運(yùn)動(dòng)中偏側(cè)咀嚼組開口型多數(shù)偏向工作側(cè),50%的人群開閉口軌跡分離,開口度減小,說明長期偏側(cè)咀嚼會(huì)導(dǎo)致張閉口運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的異常。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the characteristics of mandibular movement in patients with unilateral mastication during maximal open mouth movement. Methods: to compare the movement trajectory of unilateral masticatory and normal masticatory population in large open mouth movement by using the technique of mandibular movement locus recording. The results showed that most of the open and closed tracks of the unilateral mastication group were separated during the movement of the open mouth. The vertical and sagittal displacement in the unilateral mastication group was significantly lower than that in the bilateral masticatory group. Conclusion: the opening type of the unilateral masticatory group in the maximal tension closed movement is significantly lower than that in the bilateral masticatory group. Most of the population with 50% bias to the working side separated the locus of opening and closing, The decrease of opening degree indicates that long-term unilateral mastication will lead to the abnormal movement track of the closed mouth.
