鎳鈦根管銼的橫截面與根管壁微裂紋產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)性分析的體外研究

【摘要】:比較機(jī)用MTwo、TF、S3、ProTaper Next鎳鈦銼根管預(yù)備后,根管壁微裂紋的發(fā)生率。選用100例因正畸治療拔出的直根單根管的前磨牙,去除牙冠,自凝樹脂和藻酸鹽印膜材料包埋牙根。樣本隨機(jī)分5組(n=20),對(duì)照組不予處理,實(shí)驗(yàn)組均預(yù)備根管至25號(hào)0.06錐度。預(yù)備完成后,分別與距根尖3、6、9 mm處與垂直于牙長(zhǎng)軸將樣本切開,體式顯微鏡下觀察并記錄各橫截面上根管壁微裂紋的產(chǎn)生情況。結(jié)果顯示對(duì)照組未發(fā)現(xiàn)根管壁微裂紋,機(jī)用MTwo、TF、S3、ProTaper Next組根管壁微裂紋的發(fā)生率分別為30%、20%、10%、5%,前3組的發(fā)生率之間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,機(jī)用MTwo、ProTaper Next組發(fā)生率之間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.03)。結(jié)果表明:機(jī)用ProTaper Next鎳鈦銼根管預(yù)備后根管壁微裂紋的發(fā)生率較機(jī)用MTwo、TF、S3鎳鈦銼低;機(jī)用鎳鈦器械的橫截面接觸根管壁的點(diǎn)數(shù)目及位置分布與根管壁微裂紋的產(chǎn)生有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:To compare the incidence of microcracks in root canal wall after preparation of root canal with MTwoo TFS3Taper Next Next file, 100 cases of premolars of straight root canals extracted by orthodontic treatment were selected to remove crown. Autocoagulant resin and alginate film materials were used to embed the root. The samples were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 20). The control group was not treated, and the experimental group were prepared for root canal to 25. 06 taper. After preparation, the samples were cut off from the root tip at a distance of 39 mm and perpendicular to the long tooth axis, respectively. The microcracks in the root canal wall of each cross section were observed and recorded under the posture microscope. The results showed that there were no microcracks in the root canal wall in the control group. The incidence of microcracks in the root canal wall in the Next group was 30%, and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate between the first three groups. The incidence of microcracks in the posterior root canal prepared by ProTaper Next nickel titanium file was lower than that in the machine using MTwoo Taper Next group. The results showed that the incidence of microcracks in the posterior root canal prepared by the ProTaper Next file was lower than that in the machine using the MTwoo Next TFT S3 file, the results showed that the incidence of microcracks in the posterior root canal was lower than that in the ProTaper Next file. The number and position distribution of the cross section contact root canal wall of the Nickel-Titanium instrument are related to the microcracks in the root canal wall.
