【摘要】：目的：探討青少年與中老年人Bolton指數(shù)、上下頜牙量以及牙量不調(diào)發(fā)生率是否隨著年齡增加而變化。 方法：選取牙數(shù)完整的錯(cuò)牙合畸形青少年石膏模型191副，鼾癥或阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征中老年病例的石膏模型63副，測量其第一磨牙之間12顆牙齒的牙量，獲取所有病例的上頜側(cè)切牙寬度、Bolton指數(shù)前牙比、全牙比及牙量不調(diào)量，，對結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果：1.青少年與中老年Bolton指數(shù)前牙比與全牙比均無顯著性差異（P0.05)。2.在上下頜牙量的比較中，上頜第一磨牙間牙量兩組比較有顯著性差異（P0.01），中老年組偏小，其余無明顯差異，但中老年組均值變小。3.青少年組牙量不調(diào)前牙為31.4%，全牙為42.4%；中老年組前牙為19.1%，全牙為15.9%。4、側(cè)切牙冠寬比較中，青年組均數(shù)為7.50，老年組為7.20，比較有顯著性差異。 結(jié)論：1.隨著年齡的增加，Bolton指數(shù)無明顯變化，但上頜牙量有減小，每側(cè)約1-1.5mm,減小區(qū)主要在雙尖牙及第一磨牙區(qū)。2.中老年牙量不調(diào)及側(cè)切牙冠寬異常不是引起錯(cuò)牙合畸形的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether the incidence of Bolton index, upper and mandibular tooth volume and tooth irregularity in adolescents and middle aged people vary with age. Methods: 191 pairs of gypsum models of malocclusion and 63 pairs of plaster models of elderly patients with snoring or obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome were selected to measure the tooth volume of 12 teeth between the first molars. The maxillary lateral incisor width and Bolton index anterior ratio, total tooth ratio and unadjusted tooth volume of all cases were obtained and the results were statistically analyzed. Results 1. There was no significant difference in the ratio of anterior teeth and total teeth between adolescents and middle and old people with Bolton index (P 0.05). 2. There was a significant difference in the volume of maxillary first molar teeth between the two groups (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the middle and old age group (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the quantity of maxillary first molar teeth, and there was no significant difference in the other two groups. But the mean value of the middle and old age group was smaller. The mean tooth volume of the middle and old age group was 31.44.The mean of the young group was 7.50, and that of the old group was 7.20, there was a significant difference between the young group and the old group, the anterior tooth was 19.1th and the whole tooth was 15.9.4.In the lateral incisor group, the mean value was 7.50 in the young group and 7.20 in the old group. Conclusion the Bolton index does not change significantly with age, but the maxillary tooth volume decreases. Each side is about 1-1.5 mm, the subtractive area is mainly in bicuspid and first molar area. 2. The main cause of malocclusion is the unadjusted tooth volume and abnormal crown width of lateral incisor in middle and old age.
