【摘要】：正唇腭裂患者唇裂、腭裂、牙槽嵴裂一期手術(shù)完成后,在頜面部發(fā)育基本完成后仍然遺留有鼻唇畸形、不對(duì)稱畸形,嚴(yán)重影響頜面部容貌,對(duì)患者的身心健康造成重大影響,必須進(jìn)行手術(shù)矯正。本研究采用肋軟骨移植技術(shù)來(lái)矯正鼻唇畸形,取得了較好的治療效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料我院2008年6月至2013年12月微笑列車鼻唇二期整復(fù)
[Abstract]:After the first stage operation of cleft lip, cleft palate and alveolar cleft cleft, there are still nasolabial deformities and asymmetrical deformities in the maxillofacial region, which seriously affect the appearance of maxillofacial region and have a great impact on the physical and mental health of the patients. In this study, costal cartilage transplantation technique was used to correct nasolabial deformity.
