【摘要】：目的通過透明牙標本法、錐體束CT掃描法,研究山東地區(qū)人下頜第一前磨牙根管系統(tǒng)的形態(tài)。方法從山東各地市醫(yī)院口腔科選取符合條件的離體下頜第一前磨牙共計164顆為研究對象,肉眼觀察其牙根外形,記錄有根面凹陷牙齒的數(shù)量,通過透明牙標本法采用Vertucci鎦s分類法觀察根管系統(tǒng)形態(tài)。選取山東大學口腔醫(yī)院放射科的錐體束CT(cone-beam CT,CBCT)影像資料中304顆山東人下頜第一前磨牙的影像,觀察根管系統(tǒng)形態(tài)。結果透明牙標本法中,164顆離體牙,有2顆為雙根牙,162顆為單根牙,雙根牙檢出率為1.22%;162顆單根牙的根管中,Ⅰ型根管檢出率82.72%,Ⅲ型根管檢出率為1.23%,Ⅳ型根管檢出率為3.09%,Ⅴ型根管檢出率為12.96%,Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ型根管檢出率為0。164顆離體牙透明牙標本法的雙根管檢出率為18.29%;36顆離體牙有根面凹陷,其中21顆牙根管數(shù)目為單根管,其余15顆為雙根管,有根面凹陷的離體牙雙根管檢出率41.67%;錐體束CT掃描304顆下頜第一前磨牙,55顆牙為雙根管,雙根管檢出率為18.09%。結論山東地區(qū)人下頜第一前磨牙雙根管出現(xiàn)率比較高,根管形態(tài)比較復雜,臨床治療時需注意,可采取多種輔助手段,確定根管形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the method of transparent tooth specimen and CT scanning of pyramidal tract. To study the morphology of the root canal system of human mandibular first premolar in Shandong area. Methods 164 mandibular first premolars were selected from the stomatology department of the hospitals in Shandong province to observe the tooth root shape with naked eye. Record the number of teeth with a root face sunken, The morphology of root canal system was observed by Vertucci's classification method. The images of 304 mandibular first premolars from Shandong University Stomatology Hospital, Department of Radiology, Shandong University, were selected.
