【摘要】：目的:研究微創(chuàng)環(huán)切術(shù)對(duì)口腔種植效果、疼痛程度及美觀的影響。方法:90例口腔種植患者均分為2組,A組單牙位常規(guī)翻瓣植入種植體,B組微創(chuàng)環(huán)切術(shù)植入種植體,。對(duì)比分析2組種植效果、疼痛程度、手術(shù)時(shí)間及美觀情況。結(jié)果:B組手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后疼痛時(shí)間分別為(13.95±0.26)min、(0.63±3.65)d,低于A組(28.05±0.53)min和(3.74±0.42)d,P0.05。2組牙槽嵴骨吸收量及牙齦乳頭高度對(duì)比則無明顯差異;B組美學(xué)評(píng)分為(7.46±1.25)分,高于A組(13.05±1.74)分,P0.01。結(jié)論:相比單牙位常規(guī)翻瓣種植,微創(chuàng)環(huán)切術(shù)在能縮短種植手術(shù)時(shí)間、減輕疼痛程度的基礎(chǔ)上,提高美學(xué)效果,值得進(jìn)一步推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of minimally invasive circumcision on oral implant. Methods 90 patients with oral implant were divided into two groups: group A, group A, group A: routine flap implantation in single tooth position, implant group B, group B: minimally invasive ring excision for implant implantation, the effect of implantation and the degree of pain were compared and analyzed in both groups. Results the operative time and postoperative pain time of group B were 13.95 鹵0.26 min and 0.63 鹵3.65 days, respectively, which were lower than those of group A (28.05 鹵0.53 min) and group A (3.74 鹵0.42 d) P 0.05.2. There was no significant difference in alveolar ridge resorption and gingival papilla height between group B and group B (7.46 鹵1.25). Higher than group A (13.05 鹵1.74), P 0.01.Conclusion: compared with conventional flap implantation in single tooth position, minimally invasive circumcision can shorten the time of implantation and alleviate the degree of pain, and improve the aesthetic effect, which is worthy of further popularization and application.
