對(duì)瓷貼面不同粘結(jié)層的三維有限元應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:目的:利用計(jì)算機(jī)生成下頜中切牙的三維實(shí)體模型和瓷貼面(porcelain laminateveneer,PLV)復(fù)合體三維有限元模型,從生物力學(xué)角度分析PLV復(fù)合體不同粘接劑層的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,以期為臨床應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。 方法:將計(jì)算機(jī)微斷層掃描(micro-computed tomography,Micro-CT)獲得的牙體原始數(shù)據(jù),存儲(chǔ)為DICOM格式;再導(dǎo)入逆向工程Mimics10.01軟件,利用topo算法和ANSA軟件生成下頜中切牙三維實(shí)體模型和PLV復(fù)合體的三維有限元模型;用有限元法分析PLV復(fù)合體不同厚度的粘接層在不同載荷條件下的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,使用ABAQUS/Standard求解器對(duì)該計(jì)算模型求解,根據(jù)所得結(jié)果進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析。 結(jié)果:獲得較為精準(zhǔn)的下頜中切牙三維實(shí)體模型和PLV復(fù)合體的三維有限元模型;力學(xué)分析應(yīng)力云圖可見:垂直載荷條件下,Von Mises應(yīng)力主要集中于舌面遠(yuǎn)中1/3處和粘接層切端中1/3處;斜向載荷條件下,Von Mises應(yīng)力主要集中在唇面切端遠(yuǎn)中1/3處和舌面頸部遠(yuǎn)中1/3處;Von Mises應(yīng)力值斜向加載均大于垂直向加載;不同載荷條件下粘結(jié)層厚度均為100um時(shí)Von Mises應(yīng)力值最小。 結(jié)論:下頜中切牙PLV修復(fù)應(yīng)重點(diǎn)注意粘接層切端邊緣的處理,并引導(dǎo)下頜牙齒延牙體長(zhǎng)軸受力;樹脂粘接層在厚度為100um附近時(shí)更有利于PLV的粘接效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the stress distribution of different adhesive layers of PLV complex from biomechanical point of view by computer generated three-dimensional solid model of mandibular central incisor and three dimensional finite element model of porcelain veneer laminator complex. In order to provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods: the raw data obtained from micro-computed tomography micro-CTs were stored in DICOM format, and then imported into reverse engineering Mimics10.01 software. The three-dimensional solid model of mandibular central incisor and the three-dimensional finite element model of PLV complex were generated by topo algorithm and ANSA software, and the stress distribution of adhesive layer with different thickness of PLV complex under different loading conditions was analyzed by finite element method. The ABAQUS/Standard solver is used to solve the model, and the stress analysis is carried out according to the obtained results. Results: three dimensional solid model of mandibular central incisor and three dimensional finite element model of PLV complex were obtained. The stress cloud diagram of mechanical analysis shows that under vertical load, the Von Mises stress is mainly located at 1/3 points in the distal part of the tongue and 1/3 at the cutting end of the bonding layer. Under oblique loading, the Von Mises stress is mainly concentrated at the distal 1/3 of the incisal end of the lip and 1/3 of the tongue face and neck. The oblique loading values of the Von Mises stress are higher than those of the vertical load, and the Von Mises stress values are the smallest when the thickness of the bond layer is 100um under different loading conditions. Conclusion: the PLV repair of mandibular central incisor should pay more attention to the treatment of the edge of the incised end of the adhesive layer and guide the force of the long axis of the mandibular tooth and the resin adhesive layer is more favorable to the adhesive effect of PLV when the thickness of the adhesive layer is about 100um.
