【摘要】：糖皮質(zhì)激素是治療尋常型天皰瘡的首選藥物。但糖皮質(zhì)激素治療可能引起血糖升高、血壓升高、脂質(zhì)代謝異常、鈣的吸收代謝及骨形成異常、感染、腎上腺皮質(zhì)功能減退、心血管問(wèn)題,及糖尿病、高血壓、骨質(zhì)疏松、骨壞死等不良反應(yīng)。因此,了解糖皮質(zhì)激素的不良反應(yīng)并掌握相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對(duì)手段對(duì)臨床治療口腔尋常型天皰瘡十分必要。本文將綜述口服糖皮質(zhì)激素治療口腔尋常型天皰瘡過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的不良反應(yīng)及其應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:Glucocorticoid is the first choice in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. However, glucocorticoid therapy may lead to elevated blood glucose, elevated blood pressure, abnormal lipid metabolism, abnormal calcium absorption and bone formation, infection, hypoadrenocortical dysfunction. Cardiovascular problems, diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, osteonecrosis, etc. It is necessary to understand the adverse reactions of glucocorticoids and to grasp the corresponding countermeasures for the clinical treatment of oral pemphigus vulgaris. This article will review the possible role of oral glucocorticoid in the treatment of oral pemphigus vulgaris. Adverse reactions and coping strategies.
