【摘要】：目的:探討Nd:YAG激光聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光在阻生齒拔除術(shù)后進(jìn)行處理與拔牙術(shù)后常規(guī)處理的療效差異。方法:選取171例具有水平低位阻生智齒的患者,隨機(jī)分配成術(shù)后Nd:YAG激光聯(lián)合Er:YAG激光處理組、激光處理后加常規(guī)藥物治療組和術(shù)后常規(guī)處理組,第一組拔除智齒后用Er:YAG激光處理拔牙窩肉芽組織,Nd:YAG激光照射拔牙窩附近牙齦等軟組織;第二組刮匙處理拔牙窩肉芽組織,術(shù)后常規(guī)服用消炎藥;第三組在應(yīng)用Er:YAG激光、Nd:YAG激光處理后配以消炎藥常規(guī)治療,分別對(duì)三組患者進(jìn)行術(shù)后即刻反應(yīng)情況、術(shù)后24、48、72h、兩周恢復(fù)情況進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果:術(shù)后即刻、24、48、72h激光處理組與激光加常規(guī)藥物組術(shù)后反應(yīng)無(wú)明顯差異,但兩組術(shù)后反應(yīng)均明顯輕于常規(guī)處理組,差異顯著。術(shù)后一周三組療效無(wú)顯著性差異。結(jié)論:阻生齒拔牙術(shù)后應(yīng)用激光處理與常規(guī)處理的遠(yuǎn)期效果并無(wú)顯著差異,但激光處理拔牙創(chuàng)后患者的術(shù)后反應(yīng)明顯減輕,恢復(fù)快,近期療效好。因Nd:YAG激光與Er:YAG激光安全無(wú)副作用,在一些情況下可代替應(yīng)用抗生素,減少副作用及耐藥性,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of different Nd:YAG laser combined with Er:YAG laser processing and extraction in the extraction of impacted teeth after surgery and conventional treatment. Methods: 171 cases with low levels of impacted teeth were randomly assigned to postoperative Nd:YAG laser combined with Er:YAG laser treatment group and conventional treatment group after laser treatment plus conventional drug therapy group and the first group after operation, removal of wisdom teeth by Er:YAG after laser treatment the sockets of granulation tissue, Nd:YAG laser irradiation extraction near the gums and other soft tissue; second sockets of granulation tissue curette treatment, routine postoperative anti-inflammatory drugs; the third groups in the application of Er:YAG laser, Nd:YAG laser treated with anti-inflammatory drugs and routine treatment. Respectively on three groups of patients with postoperative reaction, postoperative 24,48,72h, two weeks of recovery were observed. Results: immediately after operation, 24,48,72h laser treatment group and laser plus conventional drug group No significant difference between two groups after the reaction, but the reaction was significantly less than the conventional treatment group, the difference was significant. There was no significant difference between the groups after a Wednesday. Conclusion: there is no significant difference in long-term effect of application of laser treatment and conventional treatment of impacted teeth after extraction, but the dental record after laser treatment of patients after the reaction was alleviated, quick recovery and good curative effect. By Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAG laser is safe without side effects, can replace antibiotics in some cases, reduce side effects and drug resistance, it is worthy of promotion.
