【摘要】：目的:比較采用充填器與HAWE牙體頸部成型片對楔狀缺損牙進(jìn)行光固化復(fù)合樹脂充填成型治療后充填體邊緣微滲漏情況。方法:取新鮮離體雙尖牙40顆,在頰側(cè)頸部釉牙骨質(zhì)界處制備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)V類(3mm×2mm×2mm)洞型,隨機(jī)分成2組,A組采用不銹鋼兩頭扁充填器,B組采用頸部成型片行復(fù)合樹脂充填治療。樣本經(jīng)冷熱循環(huán)后,在2%亞甲基藍(lán)溶液中染色24h,將充填體正中頰舌向縱行剖開,立體顯微鏡下觀察修復(fù)體邊緣染色情況,采用Image-Pro plus 6.0圖像分析軟件測量微滲漏深度。結(jié)果:兩種方法均有微滲漏現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,A組邊緣微滲漏深度為(0.641±0.370)mm,B組邊緣微滲漏深度為(0.395±0.462)mm。兩種方法樹脂充填后邊緣微滲漏程度及深度差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:雖然兩種方法均不能消除充填體邊緣微滲漏,但用頸部成型片的邊緣封閉性明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)充填器,而且操作簡單,方便,節(jié)省時(shí)間,適合臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the edge microleakage of wedge-shaped defect teeth treated with HAWE and HAWE. Methods: 40 fresh isolated bicuspid teeth were collected. Standard V type 3mm 脳 2mm 脳 2mm) cavities were prepared at the bony boundary of the buccal neck enamel teeth. Group A was randomly divided into two groups: group A was treated with composite resin filling with stainless steel double end flat filling device and group B was treated with composite resin filling after cold and hot circulation. After staining in 2% methylene blue solution for 24 hours, the median buccal tongue was dissected and the edge staining of the prosthesis was observed under stereoscopic microscope. Image-Pro plus 6.0 image analysis software was used to measure the microleakage depth. Results: the microleakage depth at the edge of group A was 0. 641 鹵0. 370 mm mm. the depth of microleakage at the edge of group B was 0. 395 鹵0. 462mmm. after resin filling, the depth of microleakage at the edge of group A was 0. 395 鹵0. 462mmm. the depth of microleakage was 0. 395 鹵0. 462mmmm. There were significant differences in degree and depth between the two methods (P 0.05). Conclusion: although the two methods can not eliminate the microleakage at the edge of the filling body, But the edge closure of the cervical plastic film is obviously superior to that of the traditional filling device, and it is easy to operate, convenient and time saving, so it is suitable for clinical application.
