【摘要】：目的:探討Empower雙核矯治器與Damon3-Mx矯治器拔牙矯治過(guò)程中牙齒移動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)。方法:選擇40例雙牙弓前突患者,平均分為2組(n=20),拔除4個(gè)第一前磨牙后,一組采用Empower矯治器,另一組采用Damon3-Mx矯治器,均不采用支抗增強(qiáng)措施,治療前后拍攝X線頭顱定位側(cè)位片,定點(diǎn)、測(cè)量19項(xiàng)測(cè)量項(xiàng)目,對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行2組獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:2組X線頭影測(cè)量:牙性指標(biāo)∠UI-SN、∠UI-PP、∠L1-MP、∠U1-L1、UIE-PTV、LIE-PTV治療前后組內(nèi)、2組間及2組變化量間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。UM-PTV、LM-PTV、UIA-PTV、LIA-PTV、UL-EP、LL-EP、Z角治療前后組內(nèi)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后2組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用Empower雙核矯治器治療雙牙弓前突的患者,可以得到較好的支抗控制及前牙轉(zhuǎn)矩控制,上下前牙內(nèi)收明顯,軟組織側(cè)貌改善明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of tooth movement during extraction with Empower binuclear appliance and Damon3-Mx appliance. Methods: 40 patients with double arch protrusion were divided into 2 groups on average. After 4 first premolars were extracted, one group was treated with Empower appliance. The other group was treated with Damon3-Mx appliance, without Anchorage enhancement measures.
