【摘要】：目的:研究黃連冰片細(xì)辛湯霧化治療腫瘤化療并發(fā)口腔潰瘍的臨床療效。方法:腫瘤化療并發(fā)口腔潰瘍患者62例作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)口腔清潔及外用藥物治療,試驗(yàn)組黃連冰片細(xì)辛湯霧化治療,對(duì)兩組患者的潰瘍愈合時(shí)間及疼痛緩解程度以及整體效果進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組患者的潰瘍愈合時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組,疼痛緩解程度明顯高于對(duì)照組,整體治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:黃連冰片細(xì)辛湯霧化治療腫瘤化療并發(fā)口腔潰瘍具有良好的臨床療效,能有效緩解患者的疼痛程度,縮短潰瘍愈合時(shí)間,提高整體治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical efficacy of Huanglian borneol in the treatment of oral ulcer after chemotherapy. Methods: 62 patients with oral ulcer were treated with routine oral cleaning and external medicine. The time of ulcer healing, the degree of pain relief and the overall effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: the healing time of ulcer in the test group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The degree of pain relief was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the overall therapeutic effect was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the atomization of Huanglian Borneol decoction in the treatment of cancer chemotherapy complicated with oral ulcer has a good clinical effect, and can effectively alleviate the pain degree of the patients. To shorten the healing time of ulcer and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
