【摘要】：目的研究腭裂術(shù)后患者雙唇音構(gòu)音障礙的語音特點及康復訓練方法。方法分析2012年1月至2016年1月腭裂術(shù)后存在雙唇音構(gòu)音障礙的腭咽閉合不全(VPI)患者51例和腭咽閉合完全(VPC)患者57例的語音特點。對患者進行針對性的康復訓練。對雙唇音構(gòu)音障礙與年齡進行相關性分析。結(jié)果 /b/在兩類患者中主要表現(xiàn)為弱化,VPI患者中/p/主要表現(xiàn)為弱化,VPC患者中/p/主要置換為/b/。VPI患者經(jīng)1~6周的針對性康復訓練,46例治愈,2例好轉(zhuǎn),總治愈率為90.20%(46/51),輕、中和重度組治愈率分別為100%(13/13)、93.75%(15/16)和77.27%(17/22);VPC患者經(jīng)1~5周的針對性康復訓練,53例治愈,4例好轉(zhuǎn),總治愈率為92.98%(53/57),輕、中和重度組治愈率分別為100%(17/17)、90.48%(19/21)和89.47%(17/19)。VPC患者雙唇音構(gòu)音錯誤字數(shù)與年齡存在負相關(r=-1.000,P0.001)。結(jié)論腭裂術(shù)后患者雙唇音構(gòu)音障礙主要發(fā)生于/b/和/p/,/b/主要表現(xiàn)為弱化,/p/主要為弱化和置換;針對性的語音康復訓練是矯治腭裂術(shù)后患者雙唇音構(gòu)音障礙的有效措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the phonological characteristics and rehabilitation training of patients with dysphonia after cleft palate operation. Methods 51 patients with velopharyngeal dysphonia and palatine dysphagia after palatoplasty from January 2012 to January 2016 were analyzed. The phonological characteristics of 57 patients with complete pharynx closure (VPC). The rehabilitation training was carried out. The correlation between dysarthria and age was analyzed. Results the main manifestation of rb/ in the two groups of patients was the weakening of VPI. The main manifestation of the rp/ is the weakening of the patients with VPC. The total cure rate was 90.20 / 46 / 51, the cure rate in light, moderate and severe groups was 100 / 13 / 13 / 93.7575 / 15 / 16) and 77.27% / 17 / 22 / 22 / VPC patients. After 1 / 5 weeks of targeted rehabilitation training, 53 cases of VPC patients were cured and 4 cases improved. The total cure rate was 92.98% 53 / 53%. The cure rate of moderate and severe group was 100 / 17 / 90.48 / 19 / 21) and 89.4747 / 1719 / VPC / VPC patients respectively. There was a negative correlation between the number of mispronunciation words and the age of patients with cleft palate. Phonetic rehabilitation training is an effective method for correction of bilateral lip tone disorder after cleft palate surgery.
