上海漢族青年牙齦生物型的CBCT檢測

【摘要】:目的·采用錐形束計算機體層攝影術(CBCT)檢測上海地區(qū)漢族青年前牙區(qū)的牙齦厚度,初步評價臨床應用可行性及牙齦生物型特點。方法·在同一位點(5名受試者,30個位點)分別采用牙齦穿刺法和CBCT檢測牙齦厚度,對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行比較。對30名受試者進行全頜CBCT掃描,測量、計算并分析前牙區(qū)(330個位點)牙齦厚度數(shù)據(jù),對相應位點間的牙齦厚度進行比較;根據(jù)臨床牙齦生物型的分型,獲得不同生物型的牙齦厚度范圍及比例。采用SPSS 13.0軟件對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果·牙齦穿刺法與CBCT測得的牙齦厚度的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。上海地區(qū)漢族青年人群牙齦生物型以薄型和中間型為主;其中上頜尖牙牙齦厚度平均為(1.08±0.18)mm,上頜側切牙牙齦厚度平均為(1.07±0.16)mm,上頜中切牙牙齦厚度平均為(1.32±0.15)mm。統(tǒng)計學分析結果顯示,上頜中切牙牙齦厚度大于側切牙和尖牙,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.000,P=0.000)。結論·CBCT可作為檢測牙齦厚度的可靠方法。上頜中切牙牙齦厚度大于側切牙和尖牙。上海地區(qū)漢族青年人群牙齦生物型以中間型為主,厚型最少。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the gingival thickness in the anterior teeth of Han nationality youth in Shanghai by using conical beam computed tomography (CBCTs). Methods: gingival thickness was measured by gingival puncture and CBCT in 5 subjects at the same site and 30 sites. To compare the measured data, 30 subjects were scanned with CBCT, measured, calculated and analyzed the gingival thickness data of the anterior tooth region (330 sites), compared the gingival thickness between the corresponding sites, and according to the clinical gingival biotype classification, The range and proportion of gingival thickness of different biological types were obtained. The data were analyzed statistically by SPSS 13.0 software. Results: there was no significant difference in gingival thickness between the gums puncture method and the gingival thickness measured by CBCT. The gingival biotypes of young people were mainly thin type and intermediate type. The average gingival thickness of maxillary canine was 1.08 鹵0.18 mm, that of maxillary lateral incisor was 1.07 鹵0.16 mm, and that of maxillary central incisor was 1.32 鹵0.15 mm 路mm. the gingival thickness of maxillary central incisor was greater than that of lateral incisor and canine. Conclusion: the gingival thickness of maxillary central incisor is greater than that of lateral incisor and canine. The main gingival biotypes in Shanghai Han nationality are intermediate type and the thickness type is the least.
