【摘要】：目的:研究維吾爾族與漢族恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ類青少年上氣道形態(tài)和舌骨位置的情況及其差異性。方法:采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助X線頭影測(cè)量技術(shù),對(duì)恒牙早期患者的X線頭顱定位側(cè)位片進(jìn)行測(cè)量,描圖并進(jìn)行頜骨、舌骨及上氣道的測(cè)量,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果:在上氣道測(cè)量中,漢族與維吾爾族骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)牙合各測(cè)量值相比較無(wú)顯著性差異;在舌骨位置測(cè)量中,漢族與維吾爾族舌骨在垂直方向上均無(wú)顯著差異,在水平方向上,漢族H-CVP較維吾爾族測(cè)量值大,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:維吾爾族與漢族恒牙早期骨性Ⅰ類錯(cuò)牙合畸形青少年上氣道形態(tài)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,舌骨水平方向差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the morphology and hyoid position of upper airway and hyoid bone in the early stage of permanent teeth of Uygur and Han nationality. Methods: computer aided cephalometric technique was used to measure the upper airway and hyoid bone position in the early stage of permanent teeth of Uygur and Han nationality. The X-ray lateral radiographs of patients with early permanent teeth were measured, and the maxillary, hyoid and upper airway were measured.
