【摘要】：目的:探討鈉離子通道Nav1.6在口腔黏膜白斑及口腔鱗癌中的表達(dá)及意義。方法:采用免疫組化SP法及Western blot法檢測Nav1.6在口腔正常組織(21例)、白斑(32例)及口腔鱗癌組織(63例)中的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果:免疫組化檢測,Nav1.6在正常組、口腔白斑組以及癌癥組中的陽性表達(dá)率分別為6.25%、40%、76.74%;Nav1.6的表達(dá)與口腔鱗癌的病理分期有關(guān)。Western blot檢測,正常組、口腔白斑組、癌癥組中Nav1.6的蛋白表達(dá)量分別為:0.469±0.015、0.545±0.016、0.848±0.020(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Nav1.6在口腔黏膜癌前病變及口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生和發(fā)展中可能起到了一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of sodium channel Nav1.6 in oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: immunohistochemical SP method and Western blot method were used to detect Nav1.6 in 21 cases of normal oral tissue and 32 cases of leukoplakia) and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Results: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Nav1.6 in the normal group. The positive expression rates of Nav1.6 in oral leukoplakia group and cancer group were 6.25% and 76.74%, respectively. The expression of Nav1.6 was related to the pathological stage of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of Nav1.6 protein in cancer group was 0. 469 鹵0. 015 + 0. 545 鹵0. 016 鹵0. 848 鹵0. 020 P0. 05 respectively. Conclusion: n Nav1.6 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma and precancerous lesion of oral mucosa.
