【摘要】：人類(lèi)胃腸道內(nèi)棲居著數(shù)量眾多且種類(lèi)繁雜的微生物群,腸道菌群穩(wěn)態(tài)的維持對(duì)于宿主正常代謝活動(dòng)的有序進(jìn)行至關(guān)重要。隨著人體微生物組研究的開(kāi)展,腸道菌群變化對(duì)骨代謝活動(dòng)的影響引起眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。本文對(duì)腸道微生物與骨健康的關(guān)系、腸道微生物影響骨代謝的潛在機(jī)制以及腸道微生物對(duì)牙槽骨可能發(fā)揮的調(diào)控作用進(jìn)行綜述,以期為腸道微生物與骨代謝相關(guān)疾病的病因?qū)W研究以及疾病診療提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The homeostasis of the intestinal flora is very important for the normal metabolic activities of the host. With the development of the study of human microflora, the human gastrointestinal tract is inhabited by a large number of numerous and diverse microbes. The homeostasis of the intestinal microflora is very important for the normal metabolic activities of the host. The influence of intestinal microflora on bone metabolism has attracted many scholars' attention. The relationship between intestinal microorganism and bone health is discussed in this paper. The potential mechanism of intestinal microbes affecting bone metabolism and the possible regulation of intestinal microbes on alveolar bone were reviewed in order to provide a new idea for the etiological study of intestinal microbes and bone metabolism-related diseases as well as the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
