【摘要】：目的研究成人安氏Ⅰ類雙頜前突患者上頜切牙區(qū)牙槽骨體積,為正畸診斷及治療計(jì)劃制定提供參考。方法選擇安氏Ⅰ類雙頜前突患者22例(雙頜前突組)及個(gè)別正常牙合志愿者18例(對(duì)照組),分別拍攝頭顱側(cè)位片及錐體束計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(CBCT),利用Mimics 16.0測(cè)量上頜4顆切牙牙槽骨體積。結(jié)果雙頜前突組上頜切牙區(qū)牙槽骨體積除中切牙唇側(cè)根尖區(qū)、側(cè)切牙唇側(cè)根尖區(qū)及腭側(cè)牙槽嵴頂區(qū)外,其他均較對(duì)照組小(P0.05)。此外,雙頜前突組中切牙牙槽嵴頂區(qū)、根中區(qū)、腭側(cè)牙槽骨區(qū)、牙槽骨總體積,側(cè)切牙唇側(cè)牙槽骨區(qū)、腭側(cè)牙槽骨區(qū)、牙槽骨總體積及上頜4顆切牙牙槽骨體積之和均較對(duì)照組減少(P0.001)。結(jié)論成人安氏Ⅰ類雙頜前突患者上頜切牙區(qū)牙槽骨量較少,在制定矯治計(jì)劃尤其是切牙壓低內(nèi)收過程中應(yīng)更加謹(jǐn)慎。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the alveolar bone volume of maxillary incisor in adult patients with Class I bimaxillary protrusion. Methods 22 patients with bimaxillary protrusion (bimaxillary protrusion group) and 18 normal occlusal volunteers (control group) were selected for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. Mimics 16.0 was used to measure the alveolar bone volume of 4 maxillary incisors. Results the alveolar bone volume in the maxillary incisor region in the bimaxillary protrusion group was except the labial apical area of the central incisor. In addition, the crest region of alveolar crest, middle root region, palatine alveolar bone region, total alveolar bone volume, and alveolar bone area of lateral incisor in bilateral anterior protrusion group were smaller than those in control group. The total volume of alveolar bone and the total volume of alveolar bone and the volume of alveolar bone of 4 maxillary incisors in the palatal alveolar region were decreased by P 0.001. Conclusion the alveolar bone mass in the maxillary incisor region in adult patients with type I bimaxillary protrusion was less than that in the control group. More caution should be exercised in the development of corrective plans, especially in the process of incisor depression.
