【摘要】：目的了解寧夏地區(qū)回、漢族學齡前兒童乳牙患齲及齲齒充填治療情況,為其綜合防治工作提供依據(jù)。方法對寧夏6個縣(市、區(qū))的2 592名3~5歲回、漢族學齡前兒童進行口腔健康檢查,根據(jù)地方人均生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)高低、城鄉(xiāng)、年齡、性別、民族等對乳牙常用齲齒指數(shù)進行分類統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果 1)寧夏地區(qū)學齡前兒童乳牙總體患齲率和齲均分別為57.41%和2.51。根據(jù)GDP由高到低所劃分的3個地區(qū)(銀川市、吳忠市、固原市)之間患齲率無顯著差異,固原市兒童的齲均低于銀川市和吳忠市,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=2.239和3.457,P均0.05)。2)學齡前兒童乳牙患齲率隨著年齡的增長而逐漸上升,齲均在3歲組和4歲組之間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-2.837,P0.05),而在4歲組和5歲組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-1.700,P0.05)。3)回族學齡前兒童和漢族學齡前兒童的患齲率、齲均差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=2.045,t=1.508,P均0.05)。4)學齡前兒童乳牙齲齒充填構(gòu)成比較低,其中城市高于農(nóng)村,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=86.016,P0.05)。結(jié)論寧夏學齡前兒童乳牙存在患齲早、充填率低、回漢族兒童齲患無差異等特點,應(yīng)加強口腔宣教和預防性干預。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the treatment of primary tooth caries and dental caries filling in Hui and Han preschool children in Ningxia, and to provide the basis for their comprehensive prevention and treatment. Methods 2592 children aged 35 to 5 years old in 6 counties (cities and districts) of Ningxia were studied. Preschool children of Han nationality were examined for oral health according to the per capita gross domestic product (GDP), urban and rural areas, age, sex, Results 1) the overall caries rate and caries average of preschool children in Ningxia were 57.41% and 2.51.According to the three regions (Yinchuan City, Wuzhong City, Wuzhong City) divided by GDP from high to low, There was no significant difference in caries rate between Guyuan city and Guyuan city. The caries rate of children in Guyuan city was lower than that in Yinchuan city and Wuzhong city. The difference was statistically significant. There was significant difference in caries between 3 years old group and 4 year old group, but there was no significant difference between 4 years old group and 5 year old group. The prevalence of caries in preschool children of Hui nationality and Han nationality was not significantly different between 4 years old group and 5 year old group, and there was no significant difference between 4 years old group and 5 year old group in the incidence of caries in pre-school children of Hui nationality and Han nationality, and the prevalence of caries in pre-school children of Hui nationality and Han nationality was not significant. There was no significant difference in caries mean (蠂 ~ 2 / 2 045 ~ (1.508) P = 0.05 ~ (.4)). The composition of caries filling in preschool children was lower than that in rural areas (蠂 ~ (2) 2) 86.016 (P 0.05). Conclusion there is early caries in primary teeth of preschool children in Ningxia, and the filling rate is lower than that in rural areas (蠂 ~ (2)). There is no difference in caries prevalence among children of Han nationality, so oral education and preventive intervention should be strengthened.
