【摘要】：目的：了解廣西醫(yī)科大學附屬口腔醫(yī)院牙周炎患者牙周專科初診時的�？茩z查情況，為防治牙周炎臨床防治提供一些參考資料。 方法：我們收集2008年10月以來就診于廣西醫(yī)科大學附屬口腔醫(yī)院牙周粘膜科門診的牙周炎患者初診病歷資料，按照嚴格納入標準，，選取資料完整的107份牙周炎初診病歷資料進行回顧性分分析，了解牙周�？瞥踉\牙周炎患者的臨床特征。分析內(nèi)容主要包括一般臨床資料及牙周指標包括松動度、探診出血指數(shù)（bleeding of probing，BOP）、牙周探診深度（probingdepth、PD）臨床附著喪失（clinical attachment loss、CAL）、缺失牙數(shù)等。所有原始數(shù)據(jù)通過錄入牙周�？茩z查電子表格進行數(shù)據(jù)分析，用SPSS軟件進行統(tǒng)計。 結(jié)果： 1、病歷資料患者一般情況 107例納入分析的初診牙周炎患者中，男53例，女54例，年齡20歲到68歲。其中，慢性牙周炎（chronic periodontitis，CP）患者91例，平均年齡40.05歲，主要分布于35-44歲。侵襲性牙周炎（aggressive periodontitis，AgP）患者16例，平均年齡30.5歲，主要分布于20~34歲。 2、診斷情況 85.05%患者診斷為CP，14.95%為AgP。診斷為中、重度牙周炎患者占76.63%。 3、�？茩z查情況 BOP陽性率大于30%的有89例，PD＞4mm百分比大于30%的有96例、牙齦退縮＞1mm百分比大于30%的有96例、CAL＞5mm百分比大于30%的有92例。根分叉病變大于5顆牙的有27例。松動牙總數(shù)為791顆，占所有檢查牙總數(shù)的30.8%。松動最多的牙位是中切牙，最少的牙位是尖牙。缺牙總數(shù)為160顆，占所有檢查牙總數(shù)的6.32%。缺牙最多者為第一磨牙和中切牙。缺牙牙位最少者為尖牙。 結(jié)論： 1、我院牙周科患者中，大部分患者專科檢查情況堪憂，臨床表現(xiàn)較嚴重；初診時均已患有中重度牙周炎，初次就診時已出現(xiàn)明顯牙齒松動，對牙周炎認識和重視程度不足。 2、牙周病最易患病的區(qū)段是下前牙區(qū)，磨牙區(qū)，其中好發(fā)牙位是第一磨牙和中切牙。患病率最低的的牙位是尖牙。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical data of periodontitis patients in the oral hospital affiliated to Guangxi Medical University, and to provide some reference materials for the prevention and treatment of periodontitis. Methods: we collected the medical records of periodontitis patients in the Department of periodontal mucosa of the affiliated Oral Hospital of Guangxi Medical University since October 2008. The clinical features of 107 patients with periodontitis were analyzed retrospectively, including general clinical data and periodontal indexes, including mobility. The bleeding index of probing bleeds of probing Bop, the periodontal probing depth and the clinical attachment loss attachment loss, missing teeth, etc. All the original data were analyzed by entering the periodontal specialized examination spreadsheet, and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results:. 1. General condition of patients with medical records. Among the 107 newly diagnosed periodontitis patients, 53 were male and 54 were female, aged 20 to 68 years. Among them, 91 patients with chronic periodontitis (mean age 40.05 years) were mainly distributed in the age of 35-44 years. 16 patients with aggressive periodontitis were diagnosed as chronic periodontitis. The average age was 30.5 years old, mainly distributed in 20 to 34 years old. 2. Diagnosis. 85.05% patients were diagnosed as CPP 14.95%, moderate and severe periodontitis accounted for 76.63%. 3. Specialist inspections. The positive rate of BOP was more than 30% in 89 cases (PD > 4mm% > 30%) in 96 cases, gingival receding rate > 1 mm% (> 30%) in 96 cases (BOP > 5 mm) in 92 cases, root bifurcation disease in 27 cases (more than 5 teeth), loosening teeth in total (791 cases). The most loose teeth are central incisors and the least teeth are canines. The total number of missing teeth is 160, accounting for 6.32% of the total number of examined teeth. The most lacking teeth are first molars and central incisors. Conclusion:. 1. Among the patients with periodontal diseases in our hospital, most of them had serious clinical symptoms and had moderate and severe periodontitis at the first visit, and their teeth had been loosened obviously at the first visit, and the degree of awareness and attention to periodontitis was not enough. 2. The premolar region and the premolar region are the most susceptible regions of periodontal disease, and the predilection teeth are the first molar and the central incisor, and the lowest incidence is in the canine.
