【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估錐形束CT(CBCT)對(duì)面部對(duì)稱(chēng)性標(biāo)記點(diǎn)識(shí)別的可靠性,為日后建立面部對(duì)稱(chēng)性的正畸三維頭影測(cè)量分析提供參考。方法:對(duì)57例正畸患者,使用mimics10.0軟件對(duì)其CBCT圖像采用多平面重建法(矢狀向、水平向和冠狀向聯(lián)合定點(diǎn))標(biāo)定28個(gè)與面部對(duì)稱(chēng)性相關(guān)的標(biāo)記點(diǎn)。本研究共2位觀(guān)察者,每位重復(fù)定點(diǎn)3次,分別間隔2周和4周。計(jì)算每個(gè)標(biāo)記點(diǎn)的各個(gè)維度坐標(biāo)值的組間和組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù),以評(píng)估觀(guān)察者內(nèi)部以及觀(guān)察者之間的定點(diǎn)的可靠性。結(jié)果:蝶鞍影像的中心(S)、枕骨大孔前緣之中點(diǎn)(Ba)、硬腭后部骨棘之尖(PNS)、前顱底篩板正中型同雞冠的骨性結(jié)構(gòu)的中心點(diǎn)(Cg)、鼻額縫的最前點(diǎn)(N)、左右側(cè)蝶骨小翼的最外側(cè)緣[Antcr(L,R)]、左右側(cè)額骨、鼻骨和淚骨交界處[D’(L,R)]、左右側(cè)眶下孔點(diǎn)[K(L,R)]、左右側(cè)上頜牙槽嵴處最凹點(diǎn)[Maz(L,R)]、左右側(cè)眶下緣之最低點(diǎn)[Or(L,R)]、[Zyg(L,R)]、左右側(cè)髁突的頂點(diǎn)[Cd(L,R)]的可靠性良好,可用于CBCT三維頭影測(cè)量面部對(duì)稱(chēng)性的分析。結(jié)論:本研究28個(gè)面部對(duì)稱(chēng)性相關(guān)標(biāo)記點(diǎn)中有19個(gè)標(biāo)記點(diǎn)的可靠性良好,具有臨床實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the reliability of CT-CBCTs in recognition of facial symmetry markers, and to provide a reference for the establishment of orthodontic 3D cephalometric analysis of facial symmetry. Methods: 57 orthodontic patients were studied. Multiplanar reconstruction (sagittal, horizontal and coronal points) was used to calibrate 28 marker points related to facial symmetry using mimics10.0 software. The correlation coefficients between groups and within groups were calculated for each dimension coordinate value of each marker point. To assess the reliability of internal and inter-observer sites. Results: central Scroll in the Sella sellae image, Bajiao in the anterior margin of the foramen magnum, PNSS in the posterior part of the hard palate, and bony structure of the anterior skull base sieve plate. The centerpoint is Cgus, the anterior point of the suture of the nose and forehead, the lateral edge of the flank of the left and right sphenoid bones [Antcrus Lnr], the left and right frontal bones, At the junction of the nasal bone and the lacrimal bone, the left and right infraorbital foramen point [KGN], the most concave point at the left and right maxillary alveolar ridge, the lowest point of the left and right orbital lower margin, [ZygLRR], the apex of the left and right condyle [CDU LJ R], the reliability of the left and right condyle is good. Conclusion: 19 of 28 facial symmetry markers in this study have good reliability and clinical value.
