【摘要】：目的:研究隱裂牙牙尖斜度對其折裂模式的影響,并制定折裂危險等級評分及治療方案。方法:將40顆上頜前磨牙隨機分為4組,前3組制備成不同牙尖斜度的隱裂牙模型,第4組不做處理作為對照組。所有試樣進行壓應力實驗,記錄折裂模式和危險等級,進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:就折裂模式:第1、2組試樣發(fā)生冠根折數目較冠折多,第3組全部發(fā)生冠根折,第4組全部為冠折;就折裂危險分級:第1、2組發(fā)生III級折裂較多,第3組發(fā)生IV級折裂較多,第4組僅發(fā)生Ⅰ、Ⅱ級折裂,經隨機區(qū)組秩和檢驗,第3組和第4組折裂危險等級與其余各組間有顯著統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),第1、2組間無統(tǒng)計學差異。結論:隱裂牙比正常牙齒更易發(fā)生復雜折裂。隱裂牙隨著牙尖斜度增大到一定角度,折裂模式更加復雜,折裂危險等級也愈高,治療預后越差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of cusp inclination on the fracture pattern and to make the risk score and treatment plan. Methods: 40 maxillary premolars were randomly divided into 4 groups. The first three groups were made into different cusp oblique occlusal teeth model, the fourth group was not treated as the control group. All the samples were subjected to compressive stress experiments to record the fracture mode and danger grade. Results: according to fracture pattern, the number of crown root fractures in group 1 and 2 was more than that in group 3, and that in group 4 was crown fracture.
