【摘要】:目的:探討納米二氧化鈦(TiO2)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)偶聯(lián)后活化的TiO2(F-TiO2)對(duì)聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)機(jī)械性能的影響。方法:選用顆粒徑為510nm的TiO2及純度為99.99%的MAA制備F-TiO2,采用傅立葉紅外光譜(FT-IR)和X射線衍射圖譜(XRD)對(duì)F-TiO2進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征;采用原位聚合法制備TiO2/PMMA、F-TiO2/PMMA納米復(fù)合樹(shù)脂,根據(jù)偶聯(lián)劑MAA的有無(wú)及TiO2質(zhì)量比將試件分為空白組、2%TiO2組、4%TiO2組、6%TiO2組、2%F-TiO2組、4%F-TiO2組和6%F-TiO2組,并利用電子透射電鏡(TEM)和電子萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試分析TiO2在PMMA基質(zhì)中的分散性及各組納米復(fù)合樹(shù)脂的機(jī)械性能(撓度、彎曲強(qiáng)度、彈性模量和抗沖擊強(qiáng)度)。結(jié)果:TEM觀察,放大倍數(shù)為1 500倍時(shí),添加納米顆粒濃度為6%,TiO2較F-TiO2顆粒團(tuán)聚明顯,TiO2在PMMA基質(zhì)中不均勻分散,F-TiO2在PMMA基質(zhì)中均勻分散。機(jī)械性能測(cè)試,TiO2組與F-TiO2組試件的彎曲強(qiáng)度和抗沖擊強(qiáng)度均隨著TiO2質(zhì)量比上升而下降,且隨著TiO2質(zhì)量比增大,試件彎曲強(qiáng)度降低;與6%TiO2組比較,6%F-TiO2組試件的彎曲強(qiáng)度和抗沖擊強(qiáng)度明顯增大(P0.05)。TiO2質(zhì)量比對(duì)彈性模量和撓度有明顯影響,且隨著TiO2質(zhì)量比增大,TiO2組試件均表現(xiàn)出彈性模量逐漸降低但撓度升高的趨勢(shì),6%F-TiO2組試件彈性模量大于6%TiO2組;6%F-TiO2組試件(在壓力為35和50N時(shí))的撓度小于6%TiO2組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:試件納米TiO2復(fù)合樹(shù)脂較自凝樹(shù)脂的機(jī)械性能低,而MAA偶聯(lián)劑可提高納米TiO2復(fù)合樹(shù)脂的機(jī)械性能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of TIO _ 2 / TIO _ 2) and MAA) on PMMA-polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) by activated TIO _ 2O _ 2 F-TiO _ 2). Methods: F-TiO _ 2 was prepared by TiO2 with particle diameter of 510nm and MAA with purity of 99.99%. The structure of F-TiO _ 2 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD). TIO _ 2 / PMMA / F-TiO _ 2 / PMMA nanocomposite resin was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The samples were divided into blank group according to the availability of coupling agent MAA and the mass ratio of TiO2. (2) the content of TIO _ 2 in the TIO _ 2 group was 6: 2 in the F-TiO _ 2 group and in the F-TiO _ 2 group and in the 6F-TiO _ 2 group. The dispersion of TiO2 in PMMA matrix and the mechanical properties (deflection and flexural strength of each group of nanocomposite resins) were analyzed by electron transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electronic universal testing machine. Results when the magnification ratio was 1,500 times, the agglomeration of F-TiO _ 2 particles was more obvious than that of F-TiO _ 2 particles. TiO2 was dispersed inhomogeneously in PMMA matrix. F-TiO _ 2 was uniformly dispersed in PMMA matrix. The bending strength and impact strength of TiO2 and F-TiO _ 2 samples decreased with the increase of TiO2 mass ratio, and the bending strength decreased with the increase of TiO2 mass ratio. Compared with the 6TiO _ 2 group, the flexural strength and impact strength of the F-TiO _ 2 group increased obviously, and the mass ratio of P0.05 路TIO _ 2 had a significant effect on the elastic modulus and deflection. With the increase of mass ratio of TiO2, the elastic modulus of the samples in the group of TiO2 decreased gradually, but the deflection increased. The elastic modulus of the samples of F-TiO _ 2 group was larger than that of the group of 6 TIO _ 2. The deflection of the 6F-TiO _ 2 sample (at pressures of 35 and 50 N) is less than that of the 6um TIO _ 2 group (P0.05). Conclusion: the mechanical properties of nano TiO2 composite resin are lower than that of self-coagulating resin. MAA coupling agent can improve the mechanical properties of nano TiO2 composite resin.
