【摘要】：三維數(shù)字化牙齒模型是計算機輔助口腔正畸系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)。在計算機輔助口腔正畸的過程中使用三維數(shù)字化牙齒模型不僅可以隨時觀測牙齒模型記錄正畸治療進展中的數(shù)據(jù),同時也易于醫(yī)生進行病案的討論交流,為正畸遠程網(wǎng)上診斷和治療提供了信息載體。本文針對如何基于牙冠數(shù)據(jù)模型建立完整的牙齒模型進行了研究。本文首先對現(xiàn)有的三維數(shù)字化牙齒模型的獲取方法及存儲方法進行了簡要的介紹,并分析了現(xiàn)有方法的優(yōu)勢與不足。針對目前獲取三維數(shù)字化牙齒模型方法的優(yōu)勢與不足,本文提出了兩種基于牙冠數(shù)據(jù)建立完整牙齒模型的方法。第一種建模方法是基于三維模型檢索的牙齒建模方法,該方法利用三維檢索技術(shù)查找與待建模牙冠具有相似牙冠的牙齒模型,通過三點平移變換法配準、裁剪和拼接完成建模工作。為了減少檢索時的工作量,本文設(shè)計了一種基于區(qū)域分割的牙齒類型識別方法,該方法通過分析不同類型恒牙牙冠特征的差異,利用高斯曲率和平均曲率兩種曲率描繪的曲面特征對牙冠表面進行區(qū)域分割。根據(jù)不同類型恒牙牙冠特征的差異和分割區(qū)域所描述的牙冠曲面特征對牙冠進行類型識別,對牙齒分類后,針對不同類型的牙齒分類進行檢索。第二種建模方法是基于牙冠與牙根特征的牙齒建模方法,該方法利用對牙體測量數(shù)據(jù)的分析找出牙冠數(shù)據(jù)與牙根數(shù)據(jù)間的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則,根據(jù)這些關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則及待建模牙冠數(shù)據(jù)計算出對應(yīng)牙根部分的數(shù)據(jù),最后使用樣條曲線和Laplace變形等方法建立牙齒模型,其同樣需要使用牙冠類型識別對牙冠進行分類建模。本課題通過VS2010和VTK編程實現(xiàn)上述算法,主要就算法的效率和建模結(jié)果進行對比分析,經(jīng)試驗兩種建模方法的建模結(jié)果比較理想。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional digital tooth model is the basis of computer-aided orthodontic system. The use of three-dimensional digital tooth model in the process of computer-aided orthodontic treatment can not only record the progress of orthodontic treatment at any time. The data in. It is also easy for doctors to discuss and exchange medical records. This paper studies how to build a complete tooth model based on crown data model. Firstly, this paper studies the acquirement of the existing 3D digital tooth model in order to provide information carrier for remote online diagnosis and treatment of orthodontics. The method and storage method are briefly introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the current methods for obtaining 3D digital tooth models are analyzed. In this paper, two methods of building complete tooth model based on crown data are proposed. The first method is based on 3D model retrieval. This method uses 3D retrieval technology to find the tooth model with similar crown to the crown under modeling, and completes the modeling work by means of three-point translation transformation registration, clipping and splicing, in order to reduce the workload of retrieval. In this paper, a method of tooth type recognition based on region segmentation is designed, which analyzes the differences of crown characteristics of different permanent teeth. The area of crown surface is segmented by the surface features of Gao Si curvature and mean curvature. The crown surface is classified according to the difference of crown characteristics of different types of permanent teeth and the surface feature of crown surface described by the segmentation region. Type identification. After tooth classification, different types of tooth classification are searched. The second method is based on tooth crown and root characteristics. The method uses the analysis of tooth measurement data to find out the association rules between the crown data and the root data, and calculates the corresponding root data according to these association rules and the tooth crown data to be modeled. Finally, the tooth model was established by spline curve and Laplace deformation. It also needs to use crown type recognition to classify and model the crown. In this paper, the algorithm is implemented by VS2010 and VTK programming, and the efficiency of the algorithm and modeling results are compared and analyzed. The experimental results of the two modeling methods are satisfactory.
