【摘要】：背景:膜引導(dǎo)骨再生技術(shù)是利用膜的機(jī)械屏障原理,阻擋軟組織長(zhǎng)入種植體周骨缺損,使成骨細(xì)胞在膜下空間中優(yōu)勢(shì)生長(zhǎng),形成新骨充填骨缺損。目的:于上前牙種植中應(yīng)用引導(dǎo)骨再生技術(shù),觀察其對(duì)修復(fù)效果的影響。方法:74例單顆前牙種植成功患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組為對(duì)照組與觀察組,各37例。對(duì)照組采用上前牙二期種植,但未行骨增量;觀察組采用引導(dǎo)骨再生技術(shù)實(shí)施上前牙種植,待其種植體初期穩(wěn)定后植入人工骨粉。于術(shù)后當(dāng)天、種植牙負(fù)重6個(gè)月、12個(gè)月比較2組患者軟組織紅色美學(xué)指數(shù)及種植體周圍骨水平。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:2組患者種植牙負(fù)重6,12個(gè)月紅色美學(xué)指數(shù)值較基線水平比較均明顯提高(P0.05),但2組間比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05)。種植牙負(fù)重12個(gè)月時(shí),除唇側(cè)齦緣水平和牙槽突外形外,2組患者紅色美學(xué)指數(shù)其余各項(xiàng)指數(shù)值較基線水平均明顯升高(P0.05);但2組間紅色美學(xué)指數(shù)各項(xiàng)指數(shù)值比較(P0.05)。種植牙負(fù)重12個(gè)月時(shí),2組患者種植體邊緣骨水平值比較差異無顯著性意義(P0.05)。結(jié)果說明相比正常骨組織種植修復(fù)來說,臨床應(yīng)用引導(dǎo)骨再生技術(shù)于上前牙種植中修復(fù)可取得較好效果,且兩者修復(fù)效果無明顯差異性。
[Abstract]:Background: membrane guided bone regeneration is based on the principle of membrane mechanical barrier to prevent soft tissue from growing into peri-implant bone defects and to enable osteoblasts to grow preferentially in submembranous space. Objective: to apply the technique of guided bone regeneration in the implantation of anterior teeth. Methods 74 cases of successful implantation of single anterior teeth were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method. The control group was divided into two groups: the control group (n = 37) and the control group (n = 37). But no bone increment was observed. In the observation group, the anterior teeth were implanted with guided bone regeneration technique, and then artificial bone powder was implanted after the initial stabilization of the implant. On the day of operation, the implant teeth were loaded for 6 months. After 12 months, the soft tissue red esthetics index and bone level around implants were compared in two groups. Results and conclusion the weight of implant teeth in two groups was 6. 12 months red aesthetic index values were significantly higher than baseline level, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. With the exception of labial gingival margin level and alveolar shape, the other indexes of red aesthetic index in both groups were significantly higher than the baseline level (P 0.05). But the values of the red aesthetic index were compared between the two groups (P 0.05). The implant teeth were loaded for 12 months. There was no significant difference in the bone level between the two groups. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups compared with the normal bone tissue implant repair. Clinical application of guided bone regeneration technique in the restoration of anterior teeth implant can achieve good results, and there is no significant difference between the two.
