【摘要】:目的:檢測(cè)伴放線放線桿菌(Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomi tans,Aa)、牙齦卟啉單胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)、福賽斯坦納菌(Tannerella forsythia,Tf).直腸彎曲桿菌(Campylobacter rectus,Cr)、侵蝕艾肯菌(Eikenella corrodens,Ec)、產(chǎn)黑普氏菌(Prevotella nigrescens,Pn)、古細(xì)菌(Archaea)在牙周健康者、菌斑性牙齦病患者及中重度慢性牙周炎患者齦下菌斑中的檢出率,探討這7種微生物與牙周病發(fā)生、發(fā)展的關(guān)系。方法:選取煙臺(tái)市口腔醫(yī)院牙周科就診患者中牙周健康者(A組)40例、菌斑性牙齦病者(B組)40例和中重度慢性牙周炎患者(C組)40例,收集齦下菌斑樣本,提取細(xì)菌DNA,以16SrRNA為基礎(chǔ)的特異性引物進(jìn)行多重PCR技術(shù)和普通PCR技術(shù)檢測(cè),記錄該7種微生物的檢出率,采用卡方檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:A,B組之間,Pn,Cr,Pg 3種微生物的檢出率存在顯著性差異(P0.05)。B,C組之間Ec,Cr,Pg,Tf,Aa,Archaea6種微生物的檢出率存在顯著性差異(P0.05),A、C組之間Ec,Pn,Cr,Pg,Tf,Aa,Archaea7種微生物檢出率存在顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:Ec,Pn,Cr,Pg,Tf,Archaea在中重度慢性牙周炎患者中檢出率明顯高于健康者,說(shuō)明其與中重度牙周炎具有顯著相關(guān)性。Ec,Cr,Pg,Tf,Archaea在中重度慢性牙周炎中檢出率顯著高于菌斑性牙齦病患者,說(shuō)明其與牙周炎的進(jìn)展程度相關(guān)。Pn,Cr,Pg在菌斑性牙齦病患者中檢出率顯著高于健康者,提示它們對(duì)牙齦炎癥有一定的敏感性。
[Abstract]:Objective: detection of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans (Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomi, tans, Aa), Porphyromonas gingivalis (Porphyromonas gingivalis Pg), Forsyth Tanner Rand (Tannerella forsythia, Tf). The rectum Campylobacter (Campylobacter rectus, Cr), erosion (Eikenella corrodens, Ec Aiken bacteria), Prevotella nigrescens (Prevotella nigrescens, Pn), archaea (Archaea) in periodontal health, the detection rate of plaque induced gingival disease patients and patients with moderate and severe chronic periodontitis in subgingival plaque, of the 7 occurrence of periodontal disease and microorganisms, development of the relations.
