【摘要】：目的探討維吾爾族口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(OSCC)患者血清中鱗狀細(xì)胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)的表達(dá)。方法采用化學(xué)發(fā)光法檢測(cè)90例維吾爾族OSCC患者(OSCC組)和90例維吾爾族其他口腔惡性腫瘤患者(口腔非OSCC惡性腫瘤組)、101例維吾爾族口腔良性腫瘤患者(良性腫瘤組)和120例維吾爾族正常對(duì)照者(正常組)的血清SCC-Ag水平,并對(duì)其中60例OSCC和60例口腔非OSCC惡性腫瘤患者治療前后SCC-Ag水平進(jìn)行檢測(cè),分析SCC-Ag在OSCC診斷、治療療效中的意義。結(jié)果OSCC組的SCC-Ag水平明顯高于口腔非OSCC惡性腫瘤組(P=0.002),良性腫瘤組(P=0.001)和正常組(P=0.001)。OSCC患者血清SCC-Ag陽(yáng)性串為43.3%(39/90),明顯高于其他3組(P=0.0001)。OSCC患者TNM晚期的術(shù)前SCC-Ag水平的表達(dá)高于早期水平(P0.05)。復(fù)發(fā)組和未復(fù)發(fā)組的術(shù)前、術(shù)后、放化療后SCC-Ag水平相比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。手術(shù)及放化療前后鱗狀細(xì)胞癌患者血清SCC-Ag水平變化差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),然而,在口腔非OSCC惡性腫瘤組治療療效差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血清SCC-Ag對(duì)維吾爾族OSCC患者的早期診斷敏感性不高,但在評(píng)價(jià)治療療效,預(yù)測(cè)腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)方面有重要的臨床意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag) in the serum of Uygur oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients. OSCC group) and 90 cases of other Uygur oral malignant tumors (oral non-#en1# malignant tumor group). Serum SCC-Ag levels were measured in 101 patients with oral benign tumor (benign tumor group) and 120 normal controls (normal group). The levels of SCC-Ag in 60 cases of OSCC and 60 cases of non-#en1# malignant tumor of oral cavity were detected before and after treatment, and the diagnosis of SCC-Ag in OSCC was analyzed. Results the level of SCC-Ag in OSCC group was significantly higher than that in oral non-#en2# malignant tumor group (P 0.002). The serum SCC-Ag positive sequence in benign tumor group and normal group was 43.3% 39 / 90). The expression of SCC-Ag in the late stage of TNM was significantly higher than that in the other three groups. The expression of SCC-Ag in the late stage of TNM was higher than that in the early stage (P 0.05). Postoperative SCC-Ag levels were compared after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. There were significant differences in serum SCC-Ag levels before and after operation and radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with squamous cell carcinoma (P 0.05). However, there was a significant difference in serum SCC-Ag level between patients with squamous cell carcinoma before and after operation. There was no significant difference in the curative effect in oral non-#en0# malignant tumor group (P 0.05). Conclusion the early diagnostic sensitivity of serum SCC-Ag in Uygur patients with OSCC is not high. But it has important clinical significance in evaluating therapeutic effect and predicting tumor recurrence.
