【摘要】：目的探討精神分裂癥患者元認(rèn)知能力與聽(tīng)覺(jué)記憶功能間的關(guān)系。方法采用修訂版元認(rèn)知評(píng)估量表(metacognition assessment scale abbreviated,MAS-A)和聽(tīng)覺(jué)詞語(yǔ)記憶測(cè)試(audio verbal memory test,AVMT)對(duì)60例穩(wěn)定期精神分裂癥患者和42例神經(jīng)癥患者進(jìn)行評(píng)估,精神分裂癥患者同時(shí)作陽(yáng)性陰性癥狀量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)評(píng)估。結(jié)果精神分裂癥患者M(jìn)AS-A總分為(8.77±3.37)分及其自我反省為(3.42±1.13)分、理解他人為(2.43±1.07)分、去中心化為(0.43±0.54)分和控制為(2.50±1.14)分,神經(jīng)癥患者M(jìn)AS-A總分及分量表分分別為(12.58±3.64)分、(4.74±1.29)分、(3.29±1.03)分、(1.04±0.74)分、(3.52±1.24)分,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均有P0.001)。相關(guān)分析顯示,精神分裂癥患者元認(rèn)知總分與即刻記憶2(r=0.340)、即刻記憶3(r=0.270)和延遲記憶(r=0.345)評(píng)分間呈正相關(guān)(均有P0.05),控制PANSS評(píng)分和病程后,元認(rèn)知總分與AVMT評(píng)分間的相關(guān)性消失,但具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義的趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論分裂癥患者存在廣泛的元認(rèn)知能力受損,患者元認(rèn)知能力與聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)記憶功能間的關(guān)聯(lián)可能受精神癥狀嚴(yán)重程度和病程的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between metacognition ability and auditory memory function in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients with stable schizophrenia and 42 patients with neurosis were evaluated by revised version Metacognition Assessment scale (metacognition assessment scale abbreviated,MAS-A) and auditory word memory Test (audio verbal memory test,AVMT). The positive and negative symptoms scale (positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS) was also evaluated in patients with schizophrenia. Results the total score of MAS-A and self-reflection were (8.77 鹵3.37), (2.43 鹵1.07), (0.43 鹵1.54) and (2.50 鹵1.14), respectively. The total score and subscale score of MAS-A in neurotic patients were (12.58 鹵3.64), (4.74 鹵1.29) and (3.29 鹵1.03), respectively. (1.04 鹵0.74) points, (3.52 鹵1.24) points, the difference was statistically significant (all P0.001).
