【摘要】：甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)屬于苯丙胺類中樞興奮劑(amphetamine-type stimulants,ATS)。MA和阿片類傳統(tǒng)毒品相比,最大的區(qū)別在于其強(qiáng)烈的精神成癮性,且具有復(fù)吸率高、易獲得、軀體戒斷癥狀不明顯等特點(diǎn),且其成癮神經(jīng)機(jī)制非常復(fù)雜,涉及多個(gè)腦區(qū)、多種神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)及多條神經(jīng)通路,與多種基因以及自噬等密切相關(guān)。探索MA成癮的神經(jīng)機(jī)制,為其預(yù)防和治療提供思路和方法已刻不容緩。本文就MA成癮機(jī)制的最新研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Methamphetamine (methamphetamine,MA) belongs to amphetamine type central stimulant (amphetamine-type stimulants,ATS). MA). Compared with opioid traditional drugs, the biggest difference lies in its strong mental addiction, high repetition rate, easy to obtain, somatic withdrawal symptoms and other characteristics, and its addictive neural mechanism is very complex, involving multiple brain regions, multiple neurotransmitters and multiple nerve pathways. It is closely related to many genes and autophagy. It is urgent to explore the neural mechanism of MA addiction and provide ideas and methods for its prevention and treatment. In this paper, the latest research progress of MA addiction mechanism is reviewed.
