【摘要】：目的了解廣西吸毒者社區(qū)美沙酮維持治療的變化趨勢(shì),并探討影響保持率的相關(guān)因素。方法對(duì)2007年入組廣西社區(qū)美沙酮維持治療門診的吸毒者進(jìn)行為期5年的回顧性隊(duì)列研究,采用描述性分析方法分析吸毒者人口學(xué)特征和吸毒行為,生存分析方法完成維持治療時(shí)間及其影響因素的分析。結(jié)果共納入研究對(duì)象2 121例,5年平均維持治療時(shí)間為(31.1±23.8)個(gè)月,治療時(shí)間1、1、2、3、4、≥5年者的保持率分別為25.0%、75.0%、56.9%、45.0%、34.4%、26.4%。研究對(duì)象參加治療后1~2年內(nèi)最容易退出治療(保持率在2009年下降到45.2%),隨后逐漸趨于穩(wěn)定(2010—2012年保持率在31.3%~47.7%范圍波動(dòng))。多因素Cox比例風(fēng)險(xiǎn)回歸模型分析顯示,農(nóng)民(HR=1.319,P=0.001)、入組前注射吸毒(HR=1.509,P0.001)、治療期間偷吸(HR=2.157,P=0.007)是研究對(duì)象退出治療的危險(xiǎn)因素,而與家人關(guān)系較好(HR=0.689,P=0.002)、生活來源于工資收入(HR=0.880,P=0.034)、MMT日均維持劑量60 mL(HR=0.817,P=0.016)是其保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論廣西吸毒者社區(qū)美沙酮維持治療保持率較低。農(nóng)民、與家人關(guān)系、有工資收入、入組前注射吸毒、治療期間偷吸及MMT日均維持劑量是吸毒者維持時(shí)間的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changing trend of methadone maintenance treatment in drug users in Guangxi and to explore the related factors affecting the retention rate. Methods A 5-year retrospective cohort study was conducted on drug users who were enrolled in the community methadone maintenance treatment clinic in Guangxi in 2007. the demographic characteristics and drug use behavior of drug users were analyzed by descriptive analysis, and the maintenance treatment time and its influencing factors were analyzed by survival analysis.
