【摘要】：正術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能障礙(POCD)是手術(shù)麻醉后常見的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)并發(fā)癥,常導(dǎo)致患者住院時間延長、醫(yī)療費(fèi)用增加、康復(fù)延遲和病死率增加[1]。目前,POCD的發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未明確,研究表明POCD與中樞及外周炎癥反應(yīng)密切相關(guān)[1,2]。本研究觀察髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)老年患者術(shù)后認(rèn)知功能變化,檢測血清TNF-α、IL-1β及IL-6水平,探討其變化在POCD發(fā)
[Abstract]:Postoperative cognitive impairment (POCD) is a common central nervous system complications after surgical anesthesia, which often leads to the prolongation of hospitalization, the increase of medical expenses, the delay of rehabilitation and the increase of mortality [1]. At present, the pathogenesis of POCD is not clear. Studies have shown that POCD is closely related to central and peripheral inflammatory response [1, 2]. The purpose of this study was to observe the changes of cognitive function, serum TNF- 偽, IL-1 尾 and IL-6 levels in elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, and to explore the changes in the incidence of POCD.
