【摘要】：目的探討會(huì)所模式對(duì)穩(wěn)定期精神分裂癥患者情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力的影響。方法選取96例符合ICD-10精神分裂癥的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),單一維持期用藥治療患者,分為對(duì)照組和會(huì)所組各48例,對(duì)照組采用單一維持期用藥進(jìn)行治療,會(huì)所組在采取藥物常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,同時(shí)參與會(huì)所的日�；顒�(dòng)安排,療程為12周。以陽性與陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)、情緒智力量表(EIS)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行療效評(píng)估。結(jié)果 12周后,組內(nèi)對(duì)比會(huì)所組PANSS各項(xiàng)評(píng)分與0周相比顯著下降(P0.05),會(huì)所組顯著低于對(duì)照組各項(xiàng)因子評(píng)分,且差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。另在EIS總分和各項(xiàng)因子評(píng)分上,會(huì)所組均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論會(huì)所模式對(duì)穩(wěn)定期精神分裂癥患者癥狀和情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力具有改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of clubhouse model on mood regulation in patients with stable schizophrenia. Methods 96 patients with schizophrenia who met the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 were divided into two groups: control group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48), and the control group (n = 48) was treated with single maintenance drug. On the basis of routine drug therapy, the clubhouse group participated in the daily activities of the club, and the course of treatment was 12 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), emotional intelligence scale (EIS) was used to evaluate the curative effect of the patients. Results after 12 weeks, the PANSS scores in the intra-group were significantly lower than those in the 0-week group (P0.05), and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). On the other hand, the total score of EIS and the scores of each factor in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the model can improve the symptoms and mood regulation ability of schizophrenic patients in stable period.
