【摘要】：目的：探討社區(qū)系統(tǒng)的家屬健康教育對(duì)精神分裂癥療效的影響。 方法：利用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表，將在社區(qū)登記的230例出院的精神分裂癥患者分為研究組和對(duì)照組，，各115例。兩組患者均常規(guī)抗精神病藥物治療，其中研究組家屬接受社區(qū)系統(tǒng)的家屬健康教育。在入組時(shí)、一年后分別對(duì)兩組患者用個(gè)人和社會(huì)功能量表(PSP)、陽性癥狀與陰性癥狀評(píng)定量表(PANSS)進(jìn)行評(píng)估和比較，并且對(duì)兩組患者一年后的復(fù)發(fā)率及再住院率進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果：入組時(shí)，研究組與對(duì)照組的PSP、PANSS評(píng)分差異無顯著性。一年后研究組PSP評(píng)分(59.44±17.40)高于對(duì)照組(48.78±19.89)，差異具有顯著性(t=4.327，P0.05)；研究組PANSS總評(píng)分(55.21±23.84)低于對(duì)照組(64.06±29.83)，差異具有顯著性(t=-2.486，P0.05)；研究組復(fù)發(fā)率12.17％(14例)低于對(duì)照組38.26％(44例)，差異具有顯著性(X~2=20.75，P0.05)；研究組再住院率9.57％(11例)低于對(duì)照組25.22％(29例)，差異具有顯著性(2=9.805，P0.05)。 結(jié)論：社區(qū)系統(tǒng)的家屬健康教育有利于精神分裂癥患者的癥狀改善，社會(huì)功能的恢復(fù)，降低了患者的復(fù)發(fā)率、再住院率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of family health education on schizophrenia in community system. Methods: 230 discharged schizophrenic patients registered in the community were divided into study group (n = 115) and control group (n = 115). The patients in both groups were treated with antipsychotic drugs, and the family members in the study group received family health education in the community system. One year later, the patients in the two groups were evaluated and compared with the (PSP), positive symptom scale and the negative symptom rating scale (PANSS) one year later, and the recurrence rate and re-hospitalization rate of the two groups were compared after one year. Results: there was no significant difference in PSP,PANSS score between the study group and the control group. One year later, the PSP score of the study group (59.44 鹵17.40) was higher than that of the control group (48.78 鹵19.89), the difference was significant (t = 4.327, P0.05). The total PANSS score in the study group (55.21 鹵23.84) was significantly lower than that in the control group (64.06 鹵29.83) (t = 2.486, P0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was 12.17% (14 cases) lower than that in the control group (38.26%, 44 cases) (P 0.05). The re-hospitalization rate of the study group was 9.57% (11 cases) lower than that of the control group (25.22%, 29 cases), the difference was significant (2%, 9.805, P0.05). Conclusion: the health education of family members in community system is beneficial to the improvement of symptoms, the recovery of social function and the reduction of recurrence rate and re-hospitalization rate of schizophrenic patients.
