【摘要】：1943年Kanner首次提出"自閉癥"一詞,那時便發(fā)現(xiàn)該群體存在異常感覺反應(yīng)癥狀。一直以來,是否應(yīng)該將感覺癥狀作為自閉癥譜系障礙(Autistic Spectrum Disorder,ASD)的診斷標準充滿了爭議。然而,最新出版的《精神疾病診斷與統(tǒng)計手冊》第五版明確將異常感覺反應(yīng)作為自閉癥譜系障礙的診斷標準之一。目前,主要將自閉癥譜系障礙患者的異常感覺反應(yīng)分為反應(yīng)過度、反應(yīng)不足和感覺尋求。因此,文章將主要基于這三種反應(yīng)類型來對自閉癥譜系障礙患者異常感覺反應(yīng)的特征、異常感覺反應(yīng)與其它障礙之間的關(guān)系以及測評與干預(yù)進行綜述。最后,對相關(guān)研究進行了小結(jié)與反思。
[Abstract]:When Kanner first coined the word autism in 1943, it was discovered that the group had symptoms of abnormal sensory reactions. Whether sensory symptoms should be used as a diagnostic criterion for autism spectrum disorder (Autistic Spectrum Disorder,ASD) has long been controversial. However, the fifth edition of the newly published Manual for the diagnosis and Statistics of Mental Disorders explicitly identifies abnormal sensory responses as one of the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorders. At present, abnormal sensory responses in patients with autism spectrum disorders are classified as overreaction, underreaction and sensory seeking. Therefore, based on these three types of responses, the characteristics of abnormal sensory responses, the relationship between abnormal sensory responses and other disorders, and the evaluation and intervention in patients with autism spectrum disorders are reviewed. Finally, the related research is summarized and reflected.
