【摘要】：目的了解中國中老年人抑郁癥狀現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為改善中老年人抑郁發(fā)生狀況提供政策依據(jù)。方法采用中國健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查2013年數(shù)據(jù),利用流調(diào)中心抑郁水平評定量表測評中老年人抑郁癥狀,運用二分類logistic模型、多元線性回歸模型進(jìn)行影響因素分析。結(jié)果我國中老年人31.2%(4 815/15 421)存在抑郁癥狀,中老年人抑郁量表評分為(7.83±5.78)分。各省份中老年人抑郁癥狀檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001),北京最低為4.3%(3/69),青海最高為56.8%(88/155)。多因素回歸結(jié)果顯示,女性、無配偶同居、文化程度較低、農(nóng)村戶口、西部地區(qū)、非黨員、參與社會活動少、吸煙、不喝酒、慢性病數(shù)目多、IADL受損的中老年人抑郁量表評分高,有抑郁癥狀的幾率高(均P0.05);隨著年齡升高,抑郁狀況先加重后減輕,分性別進(jìn)行回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),女性有抑郁癥狀的幾率在55.5歲達(dá)到高峰,男性在47.9歲達(dá)到高峰,女性的抑郁量表評分在57.9歲達(dá)到高峰,男性在55.4歲達(dá)到高峰。結(jié)論我國中老年人抑郁癥狀檢出率較高,應(yīng)對高危人群采取針對性預(yù)防和干預(yù)措施,促進(jìn)中老年人心理健康公平、均衡發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo of depression and its influencing factors in middle aged and old people in China, and to provide policy basis for improving the incidence of depression in middle aged and old people. Methods the data of Chinese health and old-age care survey in 2013 were used to evaluate the depression symptoms of the middle-aged and old people by using the central depression rating scale. The influencing factors were analyzed by using the two-classification logistic model and the multivariate linear regression model. Results depressive symptoms were found in 31. 2% (4 815 / 15 421) of middle and old people in China, and the score of depression scale was (7. 83 鹵5. 78). There were significant differences in the prevalence of depressive symptoms among the middle and old people in different provinces (P0.001), the lowest in Beijing was 4.3% (3 / 69), and the highest in Qinghai was 56.8% (88 / 155). The results of multivariate regression showed that women, cohabitation without spouses, low education level, rural hukou, western region, non-party members, low participation in social activities, smoking, non-drinking, high number of chronic diseases, The scores of depression scale of the middle and old people with IADL damage were higher and the probability of depression symptom was higher (P0.05). Depression increased first and then decreased with age. Regression analysis showed that the incidence of depression in women peaked at 55.5 years, and that in men reached a peak at 47.9 years. Depression scale scores peaked at 57.9 years for women and 55.4 years for men. Conclusion the prevalence rate of depression in middle aged and old people in China is high. The prevention and intervention measures should be taken to promote the mental health equity and balanced development of middle and old people.
