【摘要】：目的探討心智化療法對甲基苯丙胺成癮人員焦慮、抑郁等負性情緒及慢性藥物渴求的干預效果。方法以遼寧省6個強制隔離戒毒所612例甲基苯丙胺成癮人員為研究對象,分為試驗組(心智化療法)與對照組,每組各306例患者。采用貝克焦慮量表、貝克抑郁量表和藥物渴求量表評價兩組戒毒人員的焦慮、抑郁及慢性渴求情況。結果心智化療法干預后試驗組貝克焦慮量表、貝克抑郁量表和藥物渴求量表得分較干預前降低(P0.05),試驗組干預后貝克焦慮量表、貝克抑郁量表和藥物渴求量表得分下降趨勢較對照組更加明顯(P0.05)。結論心智化療法可以在一定程度上改善甲基苯丙胺成癮人員的焦慮、抑郁等負性情緒,并減輕其對毒品的慢性渴求狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mental chemotherapy on anxiety, depression and chronic drug craving in methamphetamine addicts. Methods 612 patients with methamphetamine addiction were divided into experimental group (mental chemotherapy group) and control group (306 patients in each group). The anxiety, depression and chronic craving of drug addicts were evaluated by Baker anxiety scale, Baker Depression scale and Drug craving scale. Results the scores of Beck anxiety scale, Beck depression scale and drug craving scale in the trial group were lower than those before intervention (P0.05). The scores of Beck Depression scale and Drug craving scale were significantly lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Mental therapy can improve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions of methamphetamine addicts to some extent, and alleviate their chronic drug craving.
