【摘要】：抑郁癥是常見的精神疾病,主要表現(xiàn)心境低落、興趣和愉快感喪失、精力不濟或疲勞感,此外還包括注意能力降低、自我評價降低、睡眠障礙、食欲下降,悲觀、自傷或自殺的觀念或行為。抑郁癥的患病率高,自殺率高,給個人及社會帶來沉重的負擔(dān)。抑郁癥的治療難度大,耗時長且復(fù)發(fā)率高,因此臨床上縮短治療時間窗及盡早確定有效的治療方案成為一項巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。尋找能夠預(yù)測抑郁癥治療效果的生物學(xué)標(biāo)記物對抑郁癥治療意義重大。目前利用磁共振成像預(yù)測抑郁癥的治療效果成為一大研究熱點,本文將從結(jié)構(gòu)磁共振成像、彌散張量成像、功能磁共振成像3個方面來闡述磁共振成像對抑郁癥治療效果的預(yù)測,希望可以為臨床決策提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Depression is a common mental disorder characterized by depression, loss of interest and pleasure, lack of energy or fatigue, and decreased attention, self-evaluation, sleep disorders, loss of appetite, and pessimism. The idea or act of injuring or committing suicide. The prevalence of depression is high and the suicide rate is high, which brings a heavy burden to individuals and society. The treatment of depression is difficult, time-consuming and has a high recurrence rate. Therefore, shortening the time window of treatment and determining an effective treatment plan as soon as possible has become a great challenge. Searching for biological markers that can predict the therapeutic effect of depression is of great significance to the treatment of depression. At present, predicting the therapeutic effect of depression by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become a hot research topic. In this paper, we will focus on structural magnetic resonance imaging, diffuse Zhang Liang imaging, Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is used to predict the therapeutic effect of depression in order to provide guidance for clinical decision-making.
