【摘要】：目的觀察心理疏導(dǎo)法并耳穴刺激對老年焦慮癥患者的治療效果。方法將36例老年焦慮癥患者隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組各18例。對照組僅以心理疏導(dǎo)法進(jìn)行治療;實(shí)驗(yàn)組在心理疏導(dǎo)治療基礎(chǔ)上,再輔以耳穴貼壓按摩刺激的方式進(jìn)行聯(lián)合治療。結(jié)果分別經(jīng)9 w治療后,兩組漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)及焦慮自評量表(SAS)評分均較治療前明顯改善(P0.05),且以實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者SAS評分改善幅度更顯著。結(jié)論聯(lián)合采用心理疏導(dǎo)及耳穴刺激治療老年焦慮癥患者具有協(xié)同作用,患者治療后主觀癥狀感覺明顯減輕,對治療的認(rèn)可度較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of psychological therapy combined with auricular point stimulation on elderly patients with anxiety disorder. Methods 36 elderly patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 18) and control group (n = 18). The control group was treated only by psychological dredging method, and the experimental group was treated with auricular acupoint pressing and massage stimulation on the basis of psychological grooming therapy. Results after 9 weeks of treatment, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Self-Rating anxiety scale (SAS) in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P0.05), and the SAS score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved. Conclusion the combination of psychological dredging and auricular point stimulation has synergistic effect on elderly patients with anxiety disorder. The subjective symptoms of the patients are obviously alleviated after treatment, and the recognition of treatment is relatively high.
