【摘要】：目的觀察奧氮平片聯(lián)合艾司西酞普蘭片治療老年抑郁癥的臨床療效及安全性。方法將80例老年抑郁癥患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組40例和試驗(yàn)組40例。對(duì)照組予以艾司西酞普蘭10 mg,qd,口服,一周內(nèi)加至15~20mg·d~(-1).;試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以?shī)W氮平2.5 mg,qd,口服,1周內(nèi)加至5.0 mg·d~(-1)。2組患者均治療8周。比較2組患者的臨床療效和藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為100.00%(40/40例)和77.50%(31/40例),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組患者的藥物不良反應(yīng)以頭痛、惡心嘔吐和乏力為主,試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為12.50%和15.00%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論奧氮平片聯(lián)合艾司西酞普蘭片治療老年抑郁癥的臨床療效確切,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of olanzapine combined with escitalopram in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 80 patients with senile depression were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and experimental group (n = 40). The control group was administered with estalopram for 10 mg,qd, and added to 15~20mg D1).; within a week. The experimental group was given olanzapine 2.5 mg,qd, orally on the basis of treatment in the control group, and added to 5.0 mg D1 within 1 week. All the patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the test group and the control group were 100.00% (40 / 40) and 77.50% (31 / 40), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions was 12.50% in the experimental group and 15.00% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion olanzapine combined with escitalopram is effective in the treatment of senile depression and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
