【摘要】：目的了解重慶市養(yǎng)老機構老年人老年癡呆的患病率及影響因素。方法采用整群抽樣的方法,以重慶市10所養(yǎng)老機構60歲以上的老年人為調查對象,通過面對面的調查方式,應用簡易智力狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)和工具性日常生活活動能力量表(IADL)評價老年人的認知狀況,應用自制的老年人一般情況調查表和老年人抑郁量表(GDS)收集老年人老年癡呆的影響因素。結果符合條件的415名老年人中,119名被診斷為老年癡呆,患病率為28.67%,不同年齡、性別、婚姻狀況、文化程度、居住狀況,是否吸煙、飲酒、鍛煉,不同家務勞動、參加戶外活動頻率,是否有宗教信仰,是否患有肥胖、高血壓、糖尿病、冠心病、腦卒中和抑郁老年人的老年癡呆患病率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。不同職業(yè)、經濟狀況,是否食用河鮮、海鮮、魚油類保健品、肝臟或肥肉、禽蛋,不同親友鄰居交往頻率、打麻將或棋牌頻率、看電視頻率、參加社會活動頻率老年人的老年癡呆患病率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡大于或等于70歲、女性、吸煙、超重或肥胖、患有高血壓是重慶市養(yǎng)老機構老年人老年癡呆的危險因素;在婚、非獨居、每天參加戶外活動為重慶市養(yǎng)老機構老年人老年癡呆的保護因素。結論重慶市10所養(yǎng)老機構老年人老年癡呆的患病率較高,應重視老年癡呆的預防和控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of senile dementia in the aged in Chongqing. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the elderly over 60 years old in 10 pension institutions in Chongqing. Simple mental state scale (MMSE) and instrumental activity of daily living (IADL) were used to evaluate the cognitive status of the elderly. The influencing factors of senile dementia were collected by using self-made general situation questionnaire and (GDS). Results among 415 elderly people who met the criteria, 119 were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. The prevalence rate was 28.677.An age, sex, marital status, education level, living condition, smoking, drinking, exercising, different household work, or not, There were significant differences in the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease among the elderly with obesity, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and depression (P0.05). Different occupations, economic status, whether to eat river fresh, seafood, fish oil type health products, liver or fat meat, poultry eggs, different friends and relatives and neighbors contact frequency, mahjong or chess card frequency, watch TV frequency, There was no significant difference in the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease among the elderly who participated in social activities (P0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age > 70, female, smoking, overweight or obesity, hypertension were the risk factors of senile dementia in the aged in Chongqing. Taking part in outdoor activities every day is the protective factor of senile dementia in pension institutions in Chongqing. Conclusion the prevalence of senile dementia in 10 old-age care institutions in Chongqing is high, so we should pay attention to the prevention and control of senile dementia.
