【摘要】：目的探討高血壓共病抑郁障礙患者的執(zhí)行功能損害特點(diǎn)。方法將2013年1月至11月在北京大學(xué)精神衛(wèi)生研究所門(mén)診和住院患者分為4組,研究組為高血壓共病抑郁40例,按性別、年齡、受教育程度匹配疾病對(duì)照組(包括高血壓組35例,抑郁組32例)及健康對(duì)照組47例。所有受試者接受威斯康星卡片分類、Stroop色詞干擾、連線測(cè)驗(yàn)、詞語(yǔ)流暢性等神經(jīng)心理學(xué)測(cè)驗(yàn)評(píng)估執(zhí)行功能。結(jié)果威斯康星卡片分類測(cè)驗(yàn)中,高血壓共病抑郁組的持續(xù)錯(cuò)誤數(shù)明顯多于高血壓組、抑郁組和健康對(duì)照組(P0.05),完成分類數(shù)在各組中最少,與健康對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Stroop色詞干擾測(cè)驗(yàn)中,共病組Stroop-C的完成時(shí)間在各組中最長(zhǎng)(P0.05),正確數(shù)少于抑郁組和健康對(duì)照組(P0.05),共病組Stroop-CW的正確數(shù)少于高血壓組和健康對(duì)照組(P0.05);詞語(yǔ)流暢性測(cè)驗(yàn)中,共病組產(chǎn)生詞匯量少于健康對(duì)照組(P0.05);連線測(cè)驗(yàn)中,共病組的完成時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),錯(cuò)誤數(shù)最多,但與對(duì)照組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論高血壓共病抑郁患者存在執(zhí)行功能損害,其損害程度較抑郁障礙及高血壓患者更明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of executive function impairment in patients with depressive disorder of hypertension syndromes. Methods from January to November, 2013, outpatients and inpatients of Institute of Mental Health of Peking University were divided into 4 groups. The study group consisted of 40 patients with hypertension and depression. The patients in the control group were matched by sex, age and education level (including 35 patients in the hypertension group). Depression group (n = 32) and healthy control group (n = 47). All subjects were evaluated for executive function by Wisconsin card sorting, Stroop color word interference, line test, word fluency and other neuropsychological tests. Results in Wisconsin card sorting test, the number of persistent errors in depression group was significantly higher than that in hypertension group, depression group and healthy control group (P0.05). Compared with the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). In the Stroop color word interference test, the complete time of Stroop-C was the longest (P0.05), the correct number was less than that of the depression group and the healthy control group (P0.05). The correct number of Stroop-CW in the co-disease group was less than that in the hypertension group and the healthy control group (P0.05). In the verbal fluency test, the vocabulary produced in the co-disease group was less than that in the healthy control group (P0.05); in the wired test, the completion time was the longest and the number of errors was the most in the co-disease group, but there was no significant difference between the co-disease group and the control group. Conclusion the degree of executive dysfunction in patients with hypertension and depression is more obvious than that in patients with depressive disorder and hypertension.
