【摘要】：目的 :以廣州市為例,研究阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟負擔(dān),為醫(yī)保和政府相關(guān)部門制定阿爾茨海默病患者的醫(yī)保政策和財政補償標準提供實證依據(jù)。方法 :利用2011—2012年廣州市城鎮(zhèn)職工和城鎮(zhèn)居民基本醫(yī)療保險數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合患病率通過直接法計算直接經(jīng)濟負擔(dān),用非參數(shù)檢驗法對直接醫(yī)療費用在不同因素水平下進行分析。結(jié)果 :2011—2012年廣州市阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟負擔(dān)分別為7 323.54萬元和8 158.88萬元。結(jié)論 :廣州市阿爾茨海默病患者的直接經(jīng)濟負擔(dān)較重,整合不同的醫(yī)療保險制度、探索新型的醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式、加強早期預(yù)防和診斷、推動長期護理保險制度發(fā)展非常必要。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou City, and to provide empirical evidence for the establishment of health insurance policy and financial compensation standards for Alzheimer's disease patients by health insurance and government departments. Methods: based on the basic medical insurance data of urban workers and urban residents in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012, the direct economic burden was calculated by the direct method of prevalence, and the direct medical expenses were analyzed under different factors by non-parametric test. Results: the direct economic burden of Alzheimer's disease patients in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012 was 73.2354 million yuan and 81.5888 million yuan respectively. Conclusion: the direct economic burden of patients with Alzheimer's disease in Guangzhou is heavy. It is necessary to integrate different medical insurance systems, explore new modes of medical service, strengthen early prevention and diagnosis, and promote the development of long-term nursing insurance system.
