【摘要】：目的分析老年人抑郁癥狀與認(rèn)知功能的相關(guān)關(guān)系。方法在長沙市某社區(qū)篩選出108例具有輕中度抑郁癥狀的老年人,使用老年抑郁量表(GDS)、簡易精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)、蒙特利爾認(rèn)知評(píng)估量表(MoCA)北京版測量抑郁癥狀和認(rèn)知功能,分析抑郁癥狀與認(rèn)知功能的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 GDS得分為(16.36±3.96)分;MMSE得分為(24.84±2.65)分;MoCA得分為(20.62±2.99)分,其中7個(gè)認(rèn)知域的得分依次為:視空間與執(zhí)行功能維度(2.74±1.29)分,命名維度(2.68±0.56)分,注意維度(4.91±1.04)分,語言維度(1.95±0.71)分,抽象維度(0.76±0.79)分,延遲回憶維度(1.88±1.27)分,定向維度(5.60±0.59)分。Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示:GDS總分與Mo CA總分、視空間執(zhí)行功能、注意、語言得分呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01,P0.05)。結(jié)論需要加強(qiáng)醫(yī)護(hù)人員及家屬對(duì)老年人抑郁癥狀的認(rèn)識(shí),積極采取干預(yù)措施,以延緩認(rèn)知功能的減退。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between depression and cognitive function in the elderly. Methods one hundred and eight elderly patients with mild and moderate depressive symptoms were selected from a community in Changsha. The depression symptoms and cognitive function were measured by (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA) Beijing version. To analyze the correlation between depression and cognitive function. Results the GDS score was (16.36 鹵3.96), the MMSE score was (24.84 鹵2.65), the MoCA score was (20.62 鹵2.99), the scores of the seven cognitive domains were (2.74 鹵1.29), the naming dimension (2.68 鹵0.56), the attention dimension (4.91 鹵1.04), the language dimension (1.95 鹵0.71), the abstract dimension (0.76 鹵0.79). Delayed recall dimension (1.88 鹵1.27) and directional dimension (5.60 鹵0.59). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of GDS was negatively correlated with the total score of Mo CA, visual spatial executive function, attention and language score (P0.05). Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of depressive symptoms among medical staff and their families and to take active intervention measures to delay the decline of cognitive function.
