【摘要】：目的采用事件相關(guān)電位(ERP)技術(shù)和Achenbach兒童行為量表(CBCL)研究學(xué)齡早期注意缺陷多動(dòng)障礙(ADHD)兒童的認(rèn)知特征,探討ERP與兒童行為問題的相關(guān)性。方法 22例6~7歲ADHD患兒和年齡匹配的19例正常兒童納入研究。ERP試驗(yàn)采用持續(xù)性操作測試(CPT-AX)任務(wù),對(duì)Go和Nogo的N2、P3成分進(jìn)行波幅和潛伏期的比較分析。CBCL量表由患兒家長填寫,分析行為因子與ERP成分的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 ADHD組ERP遺漏數(shù)明顯高于正常對(duì)照組(10±8 vs 5±4,P0.05),而兩組反應(yīng)時(shí)間和虛報(bào)數(shù)比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。ADHD組ERP的Go-N2波幅明顯低于正常對(duì)照組(-8±5μV vs-10±4μV,P0.05)。ADHD組多動(dòng)、攻擊問題檢出率均為27%,違紀(jì)問題檢出率為9%。攻擊及違紀(jì)因子得分與ERP的Go-N2波幅呈負(fù)相關(guān)(分別r=-0.43、r=-0.48,均P0.05),多動(dòng)因子得分與Go-P3潛伏期呈正相關(guān)(r=0.50,P0.05)。結(jié)論學(xué)齡早期ADHD兒童已出現(xiàn)注意執(zhí)行功能受損趨勢(shì),但抑制功能缺陷尚不明顯。學(xué)齡早期ADHD兒童多動(dòng)、攻擊及違紀(jì)問題與ERP相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the cognitive characteristics of (ADHD) children with early school age attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by means of event-related potential (ERP) technique and Achenbach Child behavior scale (CBCL), and to explore the correlation between ERP and children's behavioral problems. Methods 22 patients with ADHD aged 6 to 7 years and 19 normal children with age matched were included in the study. The amplitude and latency of N2P 3 in Go and Nogo were compared and analyzed by using CPT-AX task in ERP test. The CBCL scale was filled out by the parents of the children. The correlation between behavioral factors and ERP components was analyzed. Results the number of ERP omissions in the ADHD group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (10 鹵8 vs 5 鹵4 P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups in response time and false report (P0.05). The Go-N2 amplitude of ERP in the). ADHD group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (-8 鹵5 渭 V vs-10 鹵4 渭 V P 0.05). ADHD). The detection rate of attack problem was 27%, and that of violation of discipline problem was 9%. The scores of attack and discipline violation factors were negatively correlated with the amplitude of Go-N2 in ERP (r = 0.43, P < 0.05, respectively), and the scores of hyperactivity factors were positively correlated with the latency of Go-P3 (r = 0.50, P 0.05). Conclusion the attention executive function is impaired in children with ADHD in early school age, but the inhibition function deficiency is not obvious. Hyperactivity, aggression and violation of discipline in early school age ADHD children were associated with ERP.
