【摘要】：正隨著人口老齡化加劇,癡呆癥患者數(shù)量逐年增加,其認(rèn)知能力及生活自理能力的減退、精神行為癥狀的頻發(fā),給家庭和社會(huì)帶來(lái)沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。輕度認(rèn)知障礙(Mild Cognitive Impairment,MCI)是癡呆癥的前期癥狀,每年向癡呆的轉(zhuǎn)化率為12%,而正常老年人僅為1%~2%[1]。對(duì)癡呆癥及其高危人群即MCI進(jìn)行干預(yù)已受到眾多學(xué)者關(guān)注。近年來(lái)由于計(jì)算機(jī)的普及、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)輔助認(rèn)知康復(fù)
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of population, the number of dementia patients increases year by year, the cognitive ability and self-care ability of dementia decrease, and the frequent occurrence of mental and behavioral symptoms bring a heavy burden to the family and society. Mild cognitive impairment (Mild Cognitive Impairment,MCI) is the preclinical symptom of dementia, and the annual conversion rate to dementia is 12%, while in the normal elderly, it is only 1% [1].
