【摘要】：目的:檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)食障礙檢查自評(píng)問(wèn)卷6.0中文版(EDE-Q 6.0)測(cè)評(píng)女性進(jìn)食障礙患者的適用性。方法:選取248名進(jìn)食障礙患者和296名健康對(duì)照,使用驗(yàn)證性因素分析在患者中比較四因子結(jié)構(gòu)、單因子結(jié)構(gòu)和三因子結(jié)構(gòu);對(duì)兩個(gè)樣本均施測(cè)進(jìn)食障礙調(diào)查量表(EDI)檢驗(yàn)效標(biāo)效度;使用兩獨(dú)立樣本Mann-Whitney U檢驗(yàn)比較EDE-Q 6.0在兩樣本上得分的差異以檢驗(yàn)實(shí)證效度,并使用工作特征曲線ROC分析確定劃界值;在兩個(gè)樣本中檢驗(yàn)量表的內(nèi)部一致性;1個(gè)月后,在患者中隨機(jī)選取89名、對(duì)照中31名進(jìn)行重測(cè)。結(jié)果:原始模型優(yōu)于單因子模型和三因子模型;總樣本、患者和對(duì)照的EDE-Q 6.0總分與EDI總分具有較高的一致性(ICC=0.88、0.87、0.73);患者的EDE-Q 6.0總分和各維度得分均高于對(duì)照(均P0.01);EDE-Q 6.0受試者在ROC下的面積AUC=0.91,選取總分≥1.27作為EDE-Q 6.0的劃界值,此時(shí),敏感度為79.4%,特異度為88.2%�？倶颖尽⒒颊邩颖竞蛯�(duì)照樣本的EDE-Q 6.0總量表的Cronbach α系數(shù)分別為0.95、0.91和0.88;總量表的重測(cè)信度為0.73,4個(gè)因子的重測(cè)信度分別為0.58、0.68、0.69和0.71。結(jié)論:進(jìn)食障礙檢查自評(píng)問(wèn)卷6.0中文版在女性進(jìn)食障礙患者中具有良好的心理測(cè)量屬性,能夠有效區(qū)分進(jìn)食障礙患者與健康人群,同時(shí)能夠準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估臨床癥狀的嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Aim: to test the applicability of self-assessment questionnaire for eating disorders (EDE-Q 6. 0) in women with eating disorders. Methods: 248 patients with eating disorders and 296 healthy controls were selected to compare four-factor structure, single-factor structure and three-factor structure with confirmatory factor analysis. The validity of (EDI) test was tested on both samples, and the difference of scores of EDE-Q 6.0 on two samples was compared by Mann-Whitney U test of two independent samples, and the demarcation value was determined by ROC analysis of work characteristic curve. The internal consistency of the scale was tested in two samples. One month later, 89 patients were randomly selected and 31 in the control group were retest. Results: the original model was superior to the single factor model and the three-factor model. The total score of EDE-Q 6.0 and the total score of EDI in patients and controls were highly consistent (ICC=0.88,0.87,0.73), the total score of EDE-Q 6.0 and the scores of each dimension of patients were higher than those of the control (P0.01); the area AUC=0.91, of EDE-Q 6.0 subjects under ROC selected the total score 鈮，
