【摘要】：目的了解貴陽(yáng)市南明區(qū)重性精神疾病的患病率和分布特點(diǎn),為開展重性精神疾病的社區(qū)防治和康復(fù)工作提供依據(jù)。方法以精神與行為障礙分類(ICD-10)和中國(guó)精神障礙分類與診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第三版(CCMD-3)為診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)南明區(qū)常住人口進(jìn)行線索和整群調(diào)查,按照村、居委會(huì)、小區(qū)逐個(gè)摸底排查,共排查出重性精神疾病患者1 289例。結(jié)果南明區(qū)重性精神疾病患病率為2.237‰,以精神分裂癥為主(1.311‰),其次為精神發(fā)育遲滯伴發(fā)精神障礙(0.885‰);男性重性精神疾病患病率(2.883‰)明顯高于女性(1.774‰),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=74.498,P=0.000);農(nóng)村居民重性精神疾病患病率(3.246‰)高于城市居民(2.214‰),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=26.669,P=0.000);重性精神疾病以36~45歲年齡居民多見,占30.11%,職業(yè)以下崗或無(wú)業(yè)者為主,占45.31%,婚姻以未婚為主,占56.09%。結(jié)論精神分裂癥、精神發(fā)育遲滯伴發(fā)精神障礙和癲癇所致精神障礙患病率居前三位,以上疾病是貴陽(yáng)市南陽(yáng)區(qū)重性精神疾病防治和研究的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and distribution of severe mental diseases in Naming District, Guiyang City, and to provide evidence for community prevention and rehabilitation of major mental diseases.
