【摘要】：目的研究電針對(duì)腦卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者局部腦血流量(r CBF)的影響。方法將21例腦卒中后抑郁患者隨機(jī)分為電針組(n=11)和藥物組(n=10)。電針組取雙側(cè)合谷、太沖穴,每天1次;藥物組口服鹽酸氟西汀分散片20 mg,每天1次,均連續(xù)治療8周�；颊叻謩e于治療前及治療后2、4、8周使用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)進(jìn)行評(píng)定,治療前及治療后8周采用單光子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層成像(SPECT)觀察r CBF的變化。結(jié)果電針組治療后2周時(shí)HAMD低于藥物組(P0.05),而治療后4周、8周時(shí)無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。治療8周后,電針組r CBF較藥物組改善更佳(P0.05)。結(jié)論電針治療腦卒中后抑郁療效明確,可能與改善卒中后腦灌注有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of electroacupuncture on regional cerebral blood flow (r CBF) in (PSD) patients with post-stroke depression. Methods Twenty-one patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group (n = 11) and drug group (n = 10). In the electroacupuncture group, the bilateral Hegu and Taichong points were taken once a day, and in the drug group, fluoxetine hydrochloride dispersible tablets were taken orally once a day for 8 weeks. The patients were evaluated with Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) before and after 2 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. The changes of r CBF were observed by single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results the HAMD of electroacupuncture group was lower than that of drug group at 2 weeks after treatment (P0.05), but there was no significant difference at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment (P0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, r CBF in electroacupuncture group was better than that in drug group (P 0.05). Conclusion the effect of electroacupuncture on post-stroke depression may be related to the improvement of cerebral perfusion after stroke.
