【摘要】：目的探討學(xué)齡期輕度孤獨(dú)癥譜系障礙(ASD)兒童的注意力特征,為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。方法收集學(xué)齡期輕度ASD兒童20例,使用整合視聽持續(xù)性操作測試(IVA-CPT)進(jìn)行注意力評估。選取20名注意缺陷多動障礙(ADHD)兒童和40名正常兒童作為對照。結(jié)果與正常對照組比較,ASD組的綜合注意、綜合控制、視/聽覺綜合控制力、視/聽覺謹(jǐn)慎、聽覺毅力、視覺一致性、視/聽覺警醒、視覺注意力、視覺速度商數(shù),視/聽覺正確反應(yīng)數(shù)和視覺二、三階段平均反應(yīng)時(shí)得分低(P0.05)。與ADHD組比,ASD組的綜合控制力、聽覺一致性、商數(shù)得分高(P0.05),而視覺警醒、視覺速度商數(shù)得分低(P0.05)。結(jié)論學(xué)齡期輕度ASD兒童存在注意缺陷,以注意集中能力缺陷為主且與ADHD兒童受損相當(dāng),而注意控制能力受損相對較輕且優(yōu)于ADHD兒童;視覺注意集中能力缺陷重于聽覺,而視/聽覺注意控制能力缺陷無明顯差別。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the attention characteristics of children with mild autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in school age and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 20 children with mild ASD in school age were assessed with integrated audiovisual persistence test (IVA-CPT). Twenty children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and 40 normal children were selected as control group. Results compared with normal control group, ASD group had comprehensive attention, comprehensive control, visual / auditory prudence, auditory perseverance, visual consistency, visual / auditory alertness, visual attention, visual velocity quotient. The number of correct visual / auditory responses and the average response time of two and three stages of vision were low (P0.05). Compared with ADHD group, the scores of comprehensive control, auditory consistency and quotient were higher (P0.05), while visual alertness and visual velocity quotient were lower (P0.05). Conclusion there is attention deficit in mild ASD children in school age, which is mainly impaired in attention concentration ability and is similar to that in ADHD children, but the impairment of attention and control ability is relatively mild and superior to that of ADHD children, and the visual attention focus ability is more serious than that of hearing. However, there was no significant difference in visual / auditory attention control ability.
