【摘要】：目的探討事件相關(guān)電位P300與交感神經(jīng)皮膚反應(yīng)（SSR）對(duì)抑郁癥患者的認(rèn)知功能及自主神經(jīng)功能評(píng)定的價(jià)值。 方法對(duì)60例首次發(fā)病的抑郁癥患者（病例組）和60例正常健康者（對(duì)照組）分別用丹迪Keypoint.net肌電/誘發(fā)電位儀進(jìn)行P300、SSR檢測(cè)，并對(duì)其結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較，同時(shí)對(duì)各指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果病例組患者經(jīng)P300測(cè)定后發(fā)現(xiàn)，其N100、N200、P300波潛伏期和N200-P300波幅分別較對(duì)照組延長(zhǎng)和降低，，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.01）；病例組患者SSR測(cè)定后發(fā)現(xiàn)，其SSR潛伏期和波幅值分別較對(duì)照組延長(zhǎng)和降低，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P 0.01）；抑郁癥病例組患者SSR潛伏期與N200、P300波潛伏期之間以及SSR波幅與N200-P300波幅之間均呈正相關(guān)（r=0.384－0.669，P 0.01），而病例組患者SSR潛伏期與N200-P300波幅之間，以及SSR波幅與N200、P300潛伏期間均呈負(fù)相關(guān)（r=-0.446－-0.557，P0.01）；P300及SSR與HAMD總分之間存在相關(guān)性。 結(jié)論P(yáng)300及SSR能反映抑郁癥患者認(rèn)知功能和自主神經(jīng)功能損害的嚴(yán)重程度，可作為抑郁癥患者的輔助檢查指標(biāo)應(yīng)用于臨床實(shí)踐中，可提供準(zhǔn)確而可靠的量化依據(jù)，具有可靠的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of event-related potential (P300) and sympathetic skin response (SSR) in the evaluation of cognitive and autonomic nervous function in patients with depression. Methods 60 patients with first-onset depression (case group) and 60 normal controls (control group) were examined by Dandy Keypoint.net EMG / evoked potentiometer, and the results were compared. At the same time, the correlation between the indicators was analyzed. Results after P300 measurement, the latency and N200-P300 amplitude of P300 wave were longer and lower in the case group than those in the control group (P0.01). The latency and amplitude of SSR were significantly longer and lower than those of the control group (P0.01). There was a positive correlation between the latent period of SSR and N200P 300 and the amplitude of SSR and N200-P300 (r = 0.384-0.669U, P 0.01), but a negative correlation was found between the latency of SSR and the amplitude of N200-P300, and the amplitude of SSR with the latent period of N200P 300 (r = -0.446- 0.557n, P0.01). There was a correlation between P300, SSR and total score of HAMD. Conclusion P300 and SSR can reflect the severity of cognitive function and autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with depression, and can be used as auxiliary examination indexes in clinical practice, and can provide accurate and reliable quantitative evidence. It has reliable clinical application value.
